I tried many Chinese restaurants in the area, and Jia Yuan is the best! This excellent family-owned Chinese restaurant offers... freshmade takeout at affordable prices. For around $10 a person, you can get large servings of a meat and/or vegetable dish withfried rice. The egg rolls are a must-have, which pair nicely with a dish like Pork Lo Mein or Sesame Chicken. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just had the worst customer service. There was a mix up about locations, but we were yelled at by both a... man and an older woman. I've worked customer service for years and there are polite ways to resolve our issue, but there was noneed for the hostility we encountered. Not worth visiting. Read more
A great dinner option for consistently good, quick Chinese food on the Westside. The pickup order is always ready in 15 or less.... And the family that owns Jia Yuan are nice. I never see anyone eating inside. The prices are cheap and the food is great! Read more
A hidden gem on the Northwest side , Jia Yuan has delicious house lo mein that has just the right amount of sauce to make the... noodles not dry, but not drenched either. Their chicken egg rolls are the most flavorful egg rolls you can get around here. Theyalso have a tasty egg drop wonton soup. If you get any shrimp entrees, you get very large succulent shrimps. Family owned, JiaYuan is a nice little take out restaurant that will leave your tummy satisfied every time without emptying your wallet. Read more
