Horrible service. I walked in this morning and the look of irritation that she had customers was very obvious. I askes for a... 6pk of cookies, after she filled the order she slid the cookies on the counter and almost on to the ground. She gave a very fakesmile and said have a good day, almost sarcastically. While the food is great, the customer service does not even deserve 1 star. We canceled our order after waiting nearly THREE... hours. Their driver pulled into our parking lot and called, without even getting out of her car to look for our apartment. Wehave a ring camera to prove it! Our apt has a giant white letter above the door showing our apartment letter. Had she put anyeffort in, she would have easily found it. We saw she called and called right back not even 2 minutes later. She said she'dcome back and never did! And yes, it was an insomnia driver, not a 3rd party. I would not recommend ordering for delivery. We have ordered a number of times and always seem to be missing items. The last... time we ordered 8 cookies and only received 5 (though we paid for the whole order). Maybe in-house ordering is better, orordering for pickup so you can confirm that you are getting everything you paid for. But never order for delivery, there is ahigh likelihood that you'll be missing items. Read more
I love their triple chocolate cookie. I was riding my bicycle once and stopped to pick up cookies for my husband, son, and I.... Since they come in a nice box they held up in my backpack. And still tasted great 20 minutes later. Read more

Right on Ionia. It's awesome to have a late night sweets shop. Will be really nice in the summer. Does serve ice cream and you... can make ice cream sandwiches with the cookies. Cute edible messages can be put in bigger Cookies. Cookies are decent tasting. Read more
This place is a dream come true. They have an excellent assortment of cookies all of which are sold fresh baked out of the... oven same with their brownies. They also have a small but good assortment of ice cream to be used in their ice cream cookiesandwiches or you can buy it separate also they do shakes! They are a little pricey, but for what you get it's well worth it. They also deliver, the hours vary depending on the weeknight. Pretty sure they deliver up until 1 or 2am on the weekends.They're warning they are not accepting any cash payments right now and also parking can sometimes be scarce in the neighborhood. Read more
