The wait staff, while friendly, pretty much ignored us the entire time we were here. They were slow, never gave refills, never... gave us syrup. Pretty much only came to deliver the receipt and didn't listen to any requests then. The restaurant was alsodirty, with crumbs all over our table, seats and the floor, and bugs everywhere. Food was gross, and had bits of grill debriseverywhere (if it even touched the grill with how cold and hard it all was). Not a pleasant experience at all. Read more

This place is horrible. I will never return. If u get take out it will be the worst food u ever eat. Don't do it. I just left... there. They couldn't find my order. They didn't give me my pancakes that i paid extra for, my omelet looked horrible and tastedthe same. The kids had under cooked bacon along with nasty old pancakes. I'm so upset right now about this terrible experienceof a so called meal. The African American manager on duty had an attitude problem hung up on me when u the one who basicallyscammed me. They were very short staffed an the waitress was running around trying to do the best they could. My niece is pregnant an of... course the food she ordered was very cold to the touch so she requested warm food to be brought out. The waitress wasunderstanding but the cooks in the back were not we could hear them complaining that we requested warm food. Plus we were therefor over an hour before our food was brought to us. Story time with sara ???? I walked in and seen instantly that they were packed. I also noticed that the entire wait staff looked... to be young kids. And there was A LOT of them. Decided to stay and give it a chance because, why not? The young man that seatedus had explained our waiter would arrive soon. We waited and waited, no one came. The same young man came back over and got ourdrinks for us than went and told our waiter, again, that we were there. No one came. Same young man came back. He took ourorder, got our silverware we were needing and everything else. He was so very polite. For the life of me I can not remember hisname, but I did tell the manager (who looked as if it'd been a rough day and thought I was gonna complain) how wonderful he hadbeen. The food was amazing. To be simple and kind, this experience at this IHOP was the most disappointing I have ever had at IHOP. The waitress had zero... personality and took her time. 10 minutes for her to take our order from when we sat down. There were only two other tables ofpeople. Once the order was taken, the cook got the food out in under 5 minutes. Only two negatives on the food, the scrambledeggs were reconstituted and the toast was served with butter on the toast or even offered at the table or by the server. Andheaven forgive me when I asked for some butter, the look I got would have frozen a flame. Did I mention that at 6:30am onSaturday when we went, they were out of apple and orange juice and their Carmel sauce for one of their signature items. Poor experience today. The staff is clueless on what to do if a customer doesn?t get their birthday reward email. My app says... I?ve been a member since 10/21 and I?ve gotten a birthday reward before, but I didn?t get the email this year. They also triedto brush me off and say the manager was in a morning meeting at 3:26pm. It?s really just a bunch of kids that don?t know what?sgoing on. I?m not too mad at it, but there should be more guidance if a customer doesn?t get their email. Pretty disappointing. Read more

Waited almost an hour for a 20 minute wait, while others were being seated before us. Was denied coffee while I waited. But... apparently if you order it to go then it is okay. Food was burnt some undercooked and toast was served after we ate. Neveragain! Got the bill that was double of what it should have been because they added food to the bill that wasn't even given tous. Was told there was nothing but 15 year olds working there (on the day of Sunday). Took 3 tries to get the bill fixed and themanager was not helping at all with the situation other than telling the waitress this is against our policy. If not gettingfood prepared that is edible and not only being billed for what you actually ordered then be my guest and enjoy this place.????????????would rate 0 but it's not an option Read more

Terrible service. Food came out like this and was missing the marinara sauce. And they forgot to put in our order.
