The one waitress was ao funny. My husband started it though. She asked a question if we needed any thing. My hubby say yeah for... you to pay the bill. I forget what her reply was. But when we were ready to order she let him have it. I got the sweet andsour chicken and he asked about the duck. She says, you have an hour?? I looked at my hubby and say its gonna take an hour.. My hubby says to her and hour? She comes back with it has bones...looking at him like,Duh. Other things were said,(nothing bad)and she looks at him and says, you started it...it was a nice banter and I needed it. My father passed away the day before and Iwas hurting.. Read more

Traveling alone on a rainy day, I was in the mood for hot soup. The kind, friendly waitress recommended the eggdrop soup. I have... to say, it was the best eggdrop I've ever tasted! I even brought some home to my husband. I'm planning on making First Wok inGrand Rapids regular stop on my trips to Muskegon. Read more

Food is pretty good and service is fine. Menu items are priced higher than other restaurants that are as good or better. Some... First Wok menus and prices posted online are outdated and Innacurate. Double check to avoid surprises. Read more

Both times I ordered take out the person taking my order was very rude. (Two different people) I wanted to ask if they were... having a bad day. It was obvious taking my order was an effort. The 1st time my food was delicious and the 2nd time it was sohorrible. The meat was so tuff I could not even eat it. Big waste. The price they charge was more than what it shows online andI got a very rude response about that also. When you order to go you don't get the soup, but you pay more??? I will not begoing back! It used to be very good. Read more

Good food and amazing service. They were very kind and didn?t rush us to finish our meals. They only give water and hot tea, but... if you want something else to drink , just ask or they won?t offer it. Read more

One of the best Chinese Restaurants in the area! Local family-owned and operated for the past 30 years. The food is nothing... short of amazing and the portions are generous. The prices are higher than what you'll pay at a Panda Express, but it is worthevery penny. Hours have recently expanded since Covid, which works out great for the longer summer days! Read more

I haven't been here in almost 10 years. They were excellent then, and they still are! They reopened 3 months ago after closing... for almost 18 months, due to covid. Struggling to find workers, they are working hard so that the patrons are well taken careof. Stop by and support this awesome small business! Read more

Friendly staff and quick service. Had the Hot and Sour soup and Hunan Chicken. Both were very good and portions are generous.... Hunan Chicken came with a large pot of rice and had plenty of vegetables as well as chicken; could have used more spice though. The gentlemen taking phone orders was very considerate and helpful, he will definitely make sure your order is correct.Recommend for good Chinese food.
