Don't let the fast food label fool you when it comes to quality of the food! Ordered cheese curds and a double mushroom swiss. I... was expecting the normal semi wet bland burger but what i got was a fresh, hand shapped well seasoned and moist sandwich! Thecheese and mushrooms flavor really popped out so every bite was like the first.. fantastic! The curds were equally nice andeasy more then i was expecting to get! I try not to eat fast food very often, so when I do I want the best. Culver's is hands-down my favorite fast food restaurant.... I'm not sure how they get their employees to be so friendly and helpful, but everyone there always seems to be so happy. Thefood is always so hot and fresh, and when I order with the app, I never wait longer than 3 minutes after getting there. The menuis so big, it's months before I order the same thing twice. Kids not listening to orders placed, and everytime we get our order there is never any napkins in the bag. We have to ask for... them. Should be automatic when you order food or ice cream. I understand they are new at this, but who is training them? Read more
I'm from Texas and never thought that I'd ever prefer any burger place over Whataburger. Culver's proved me wrong!!! As far as... I'm concerned they have the BEST burgers in town!!! While I'm generally not a crinkle cut fry person, Culver's has changed myopinion on that, too. Their burgers are made to order. I've always recieved a piping hot burger and fries. Their sweet potatofries are amazing!!! I wish that they didn't charge more for them though. I've had their milk shakes, frozen custard, andsundaes. I've yet to be disappointed!! Everytime I go to Culver's (so far no matter the location) I have always had a good experience. Today was no exception. I... ordered their Big Wisconsin Cheese Pub Burger which they just brought back and it was excellent. The food was hot and fresh andcustomer service was good. My wife ordered the Reuben and loved it, and my children both had kids meals with grilled cheese.Their food also came out hot and fresh. The other good thing about getting a kids meal is they get a free scoop of frozencustard, which in my opinion, is better than traditional ice cream. We will be back. Read more
The service here is amazing! The place is always clean, and now, the dining room is back open again! If you choose to dine in,... there is a sign-in sheet to fill out for contact-tracing. A very rude cashier works there she was very rude I am so upset the food is and always has been great and everyone else there is... friendly she is an older lady with glasses and dark hair and I believe she is racist we are hispanic and she had an attitudewhen we ordered our food because I saw her treating other people that ordered food and were white and she treated them withrespect and she was very nice and friendly with them!
