Came here on 06/12/22 just to get ignored standing in the pick up line. One of the workers (a girl) made eye contact with me,... looked away and ignored me. This isn?t the first time I get this treatment while visiting here. Need to hire friendly andattentive workers please and also teach them about diversity customers. You can go wrong with Coldstone. Because of their popularity and location, they are a bit pricey compared to others, but the ice... cream base is so smooth that it doesn't matter if you get a scoop, folded in add-ins or a shake, they all taste great. It isfun to sample the flavors when you visit, but please don't be rude about it and take too much time if there is a line of peoplebehind you. Otherwise.. find you a new favorite every trip! Amazing customer service. It was my first time at a cold stone and the employee there was so kind and patient while I decided... what I wanted. He even helped answer any questions I had. Loved the ice cream itself and their special flavors all sounded sogood. I ended up landing on the chocolate devotion. The mix-ins were mixed in so well I had one in every bite. I wasn't upsetabout the pricing either. With how amazing the ice cream was paying roughly $6 for a small was worth it! 10 would recommend,and I am definitely stopping in the next chance I get. This was my first time in a cold stone and I think I?m in love. The staff were super nice and friendly, and the ice cream is... superb. I got the peanut butter dough-light and I couldn?t be happier! The ice cream is creamy, smooth and consistent. The addones are priced perfectly so every bite is a taste of heaven. Putting 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Walked into the store at 20:51 (8:51pm) with a closing time on Google of 21:00 (9... pm). We were rudely informed "we're actually closed guys" even while looking at my phone showing 9 minutes before the closingtime. Walked out and went across the street to The Pump House where we were welcomed by friendly staff who didn't turn us awayat 4 minutes to closing time (as opposed to 9 minutes to closing time at Cold Stone Creamery. Will not be giving Cold StoneCreamery my business at this location anymore. Read more
