This place was simply TOP NOTCH! And I loved all the little plants/vegetables they had growing right outside the patio. The... rolls with butter were insane, as were the Romano green beans and main course fish! I can't wait for the next time I can stopin and eat good food while my parents tell stories about their crazy childhood! Read more
Wow, everything was excellent. The steak was perfect, fish was fresh and tasty. But to be honest the honeycomb ice cream... stole the show. We will be back again soon. Read more
Cafe Mamo is an awesome spot for a date or smaller group of friends. Very cool decor and interior design bring a great mood to... the meals. The menu is very reasonably priced. Since the menu rotates seasonally, I believe, it has a rather small selection ofentrees (only 4 when we went) which I love because it means the chefs will nail it! Will 100% be coming back in a few months,if not sooner Read more
Good god. This place. We went in last weekend for Sunday brunch and I?ll preface my review by saying it was a gamble because it... was my husbands birthday and in principal Cafe Mamo is everything he vehemently opposes in a restaurant. Tight parking, tinydining room with communal banquette seating so close you can hear strangers chew, a curated menu with 5 things, the possibilityof a gaping disparity in the price to portion ratio, and vibes. But alas, I trusted the reviews and my friends and we went andfrom the moment we walked in I knew it was the right choice. So cozy, intimate, yet comfortable, and everything from the napkinsto the dinner plates is just understated and charming. Like a cliche conventional married couple we ordered the same gdamn thing- biscuits and gravy and eggs over medium and they were ridiculous. The dish was heaping and plentiful and the biscuits hadthese little flavor pockets of pepper and salt. I was literally destroying my fresh mani tips running my fingers in the gravywhen it was all over and DID NOT CARE who saw. Our server was so friendly and warm, and we had such a good time that after thebill came we stayed so I could tack on a child-free day buzz and ordered the aculpoco (sp). Even the ice cubes are beautiful andmemorable here. Anyways, highly recommend. This is the best place we?ve been to in awhile, and we can?t wait to be back to checkout their dinners. Read more

Very small space and limited menu. Apparently the rolls are wonderful, but gluten free options are limited. The salad feature... was pretty basic, but the fish entree was an interesting preparation, delicious, although very lonely all by itself in theplate. Our wine suggestion paired well with our meal. We passed on dessert as the one option did not interest us. Parking islimited for this cute neighborhood space. Pricey for the experience. Read more
