Good eats, especially for a hotel restaurant. Servers are attentive And friendly. Breakfast was good and it was nice to sit... under the atrium style portion looking out to the city. Dinner is very good as well. Everything we tried was great, and thebeer cheese Pretzel appetizer is a must!! All our dishes came out quickly, correctly and hot!! We Also did room service andwere pleasantly surprised that having it delivered didn't effect the quality of the food or service! A++ to the staff andservers. It is open to the public and I'd happily have a meal there while not being a hotel guest. Read more
Had breakfast here as part of our stay. Food was good both days but service was another issue. Day 2 was great but day 1 was a... bit rough. We ordered and 4 tables that ordered at least 5 minutes after we did received their food before we did (talking 30min wait for us). Asked our server and he said he would check. 2 minutes later he has our food and 2 minutes.later we have ourcheck. He said as he but the bill down, " I.dont want to delay you anymore" in a very sarcastic tone. Never did wr complain,only ask about ours due to how long it tool. His rudeness was not necessary or appreciated. Also, my wife had a water tumblerwith her that she wasn't allowed to bring I'm but 3 others after had Dunkin Donuts coffee, water tumbler, and a smart waterbottle which were allowed. 2 stars for the burger named "Bruben" something, 1 star for the waiter. The burger is simply blend. While it's crunchy, it... doesn't have much flavor. Even when I was hungry, I still didn't find it tasty. The fries were flavored with herbs, but dry -perhaps sitting there for a bit long. My man the waiter is fine - doing his job and not much more. So from food to service,there is nothing to write home about. If others had a good time, great. For me, I don't think I would try it again. Read more
Hamburger must have broken while it was cooking, part of the patty fell off the sandwich when the plate was set down in front of... me. When asked, I ordered rare. Came very well done. They get two stars just because the waiter was good. I watched him atanother table correcting orders. No place I would like to try again. Burger King gets it done better. Read more
Go absolutely anywhere else for a burger. Seriously, cross the river and pick anywhere else to eat. I’ve had a better burger... from a gas station hot box. The patties were boiled(?) perfectly round pucks, grey inside and out. Their signature burger wasserved without the bacon or onions and KGB sauce is mayonnaise? My wife’s burger had all the advertised ingredients howeverthe patty was the same way. Chicken strips were very obviously heated in a microwave. Read more
