I've tried to give this place a chance, but the service is horrible. I watched the employees set down the customer after me... coffee on the counter and whispered their name. That customer sat for 5 minutes wondering why their order wasn't ready. Thiswas all while I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. There were 5 cars in the drive-thru line, so I came inside tohopefully best the line. I listened to multiple curbside orders with similar items as my order getting filled before my ownorder. When I asked why my order kept getting pushed to the side, the staff didn't even give me a valid response. Once Iopened my order it was all wrong. How do you give me an asiago bottom and everything top bagel. Then they added items that Ispecifically asked to leave off my sandwiches. Now they won't answer the phone, so I have no way to get my money back becausethey wouldn't even give me a receipt. The female cashier walked away once she saw I was paying with card and never acknowledgedme again. Maybe she was too distracted by making sure her group of friends before me got the best service possible, while othercustomers barely got service at all. Read more
Let me start by saying I love Biggby! But this location is ALWAYS a disappointment! First, they made the completely wrong... drink, then made the correct one which both were not good at all. I also ordered a bagel sandwich with NO cheese and i evenasked if it had cheese bc I'm sure I seen it and the Employee proceeded to lie saying there was no cheese and there was.... I went to the one on alpine and a girl Abby went beyond to make us happy with a great smile and personality. and the coffee was... perfect which my boyfriend is very picky. We will definitely be coming back because of her and I will be telling all my friendsand social media to come to alpine to get the best customer service and great coffee and drinks. I don?t think this employee had ever had some one order an iced tea. I had to explain how to make it and it took 20 minutes... waiting at the window for it. And I was going to be charged almost double before pointing out the actual price on the menu. Thefirst employee was nice but the one that handed me my drink was not, cup was overflowing and leaking. I go to this Biggby often and always have a really fast and friendly experience. Everyone there seems to work their flippen... butts off to get everything out in a timely manner BUT also have never messed up my order once. Dennis today, actually put me inawe at that amazing customer service voice. HE SOUNDS LIKE HE SHOULD BE IN A COMMERCIAL. I asked for his name because I wasimpressed not only at their speed today during the busy time, but they chose the correct person to mandate the window orders.Wow. Impressed. Read more
Had a near perfect coffee here. No need to do anything but drink. Love this place. Service is always friendly. Bogo for a $1... coupons on Facebook are always a plus too! Can't wait for new fall flavors to come out. Read more
I go to this place pretty often and never have a problem up until today. I work at biggby coffee so I know how things work. I... went through the drive through and received a drink full of espresso grounds so I politely went inside and asked for it to beremade. The cashier had no problem with that but the girl making the drink did. She proceeded to slam to port head down on thepound box extra hard (loud enough that the person sitting inside with headphones on got startled). The girl then POURED one ofthe thin flavors into my drink. I was told they didn?t have enough oat milk to fill my drink (which I completely understand) soI just asked the girl to fill the cup up with ice once she finished pouring milk, flavor, and shots into it. I have never gave a review like this before and I am very disappointed that I have to give a review like this but going to this... place on Alpine the other day was the most disappointing drive-thru that I and my better half has ever went through we waited waited 5 to 10 minutes before we finally shut the car off and then wait another 5 or 10 minutes before we had a young lady openthe window and tell us we are in the middle of a shift change ,so it will be a little while my gosh we are customers this shiftchange could have waited until we was served I used to go there every morning when I was working before I retired and got mycoffee and bagel and it was one of the best places I ever went too I do not know what has happened since but I will never evergo back to this place again for coffee Bagel or nothing and you definitely need to review the crew that work between 10:00 and11:00 a.m. Read more
