Just tried to go there for lunch, I wanted to dine-in. Nope. Lobby is closed. Why? There's no reason for it. McDonalds lobby is... open. Longhorn steakhouse lobby is open...there's restaurants up and down 28th street that all have the lobbies open. My guessis that Arby's isn't taking care of their people: either in wage or in how they are treated. Do you really want to eat foodbeing prepared by people who aren't being treated well? Went through the Dive thru- the employee was very rude. I tried to order a kids meal with fries, he first said they were out of... fries and then said the only option with the kids meal is applesauce and then told me he doesn't make rules. He either needstraining in customer service or a job that doesn't involve customer service. I left and will not return. Read more

Ordered a #3. French dip meal. Lg. With a coke and a 5pc moz.stick. No au jus in the bag, which is probably most important... thing of a number 3. And I get a diet coke. And no napkins. Just another fast food place who can't get it right. Think beforeyou spend your hard earned money here. I spent 15.00 just to not get the right meal, and we all wonder where their profit comesfrom. I had meant to do this the day after the incident but I was just busy with other things that took priority. I had gone through... the drive through one evening and ordered a sweet tea as my drink. IT WAS DISGUSTING. It was so rotten. I had to spit it out,and I'm 100% certain there was mold in it. When I finally got a whiff of it, it even smelled rotten. Dropped down to 1 star! Prime Rib Cheesesteak What a terrible sandwich! It had promise, a tasty roll, lots of peppers, and.. ... wait! Where's the meat? There was so little meat on this sandwich it didn't even cover the bread and the predominant taste waspeppers since there were plenty of them but so little meat. $9 for this?? Good thing I ordered two because I was able to combinethe meat from both of them onto one sandwich and that was barely enough! 2 months ago Another disappointing Arby'sexperience. We ordered two of the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers and a Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich. Burgers were ordered asdoubles which costs more but they made them as singles. Only reason I'm not rating them 1 Star is the Chicken Salad was good. Sadly, this is not the first, second, or even third time they've screwed up an order or cancelled one after an hour when it wassupposed to be delivered in 15-25 minutes. Order at your own risk! What terrible service from the blonde manger with glasses didn?t catch his name. Rude and short with me through the speaker..... once I got my 5 pcs tender, the tenders were cold and hard. Also I ordered 5 and only got 3 1/2. Looks like service and food isgoing downhill fast!! Read more

Don't put up a large "Dining room open" sign if the dining room is not in fact open. I get staff shortages, but don't... intentionally mislead your customers. Read more

I will never come back to this location. A few weeks ago the man taking our order failed to tell us they were out of something... and mentioned it to us after we paid, then we watched him scratch his private as he was bagging our food. Yesterday we wentthrough the drive-thru and the man taking orders was very rude to us and said ?you have to tell me about these coupons? after wementioned that we had a coupon after ordering, and as we began to order some kids meals he sighed very loudly. We ended updriving off. I know it?s hard to find staffing but please stop hiring just anyone, this is a great way to lose business. Read more
