Horrible wait time and service.I waited 20 minutes for my order in drive thru. They asked me to drive around to the front and my... order will be right! Three cars behind got their food. I went inside and asked does it take more than 15 minutes and I wanted mymoney back. The manager came anf gave my money and said she gave them my order (i asked for toasted bun and grill onions) andsaid I could krep the drink. Honestly, not a single in the Arlington/Grand Prairie Whataburger is good anymore. You can?t put in a big order because they... will completely mess every burger up. This location is no different. If you decide to order from here, always check your orderbefore you leave. I promise you the order for 9 out of 10 people will be done completely wrong. It?s ridiculous. Read more
I ordered a BACON egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon and a medium fry. Instead I got cold barely cooked fries and a sausage... egg and cheese biscuit with bacon added. How do you get sausage and bacon mixed up? Customer service is horrible and the workersact like it?s a bother that you wanna order. My bun was dry & almost stale, it didn't have much flavor, the lettuce was mostly the core end of the leaf & the tomatoes could... have been more ripe. But I only ate a Jr. I did not get fries. The other person said his burger was OK. Read more
First of all? it took over 25 to get a Buiscut n gravy and when I asked about it, Miriam. R had actually cancelled my Order n... told me to wait again. The took about 25 minutes and I feel that was unacceptable for a drive thru. On one of the burgers I requested to have it with... Mayo and didn't get that received it with mustard.
