After seating, waitress instead of asking us for our drinks, she ask to wait, she attended other people and took about 15... minutes to get our coffee and drinks for my kids, no cream or silverware to mix sugar in my coffee, then she took food orderfrom other lady that arrived after us, she took off to the back of the restaurant after I asked her to please take our foodorder, that is she I decided to leave the restaurant when she ignored us. What is the point of ordering online if the order will be wrong and will be missing items. We order two orders of extra sausage... but they weren?t there. All the toast was supposed to be wheat with the exception of one that was supposed to be raisin but noneof that happened. This wouldn?t be a problem if it wasn?t for the fact that we ordered to pick up passing through. Check yourorders throughly before leaving. Or be prepared to be disappointed. Read more
Wife and I ordered breakfast sandwich and 1 waffle. They brought our waffle (we shared) and it wasn?t done all the way, super... soggy. When they brought our sandwiches out, neither of them had egg in it. I guess they realized and the waitress brought 1 outand never came back with the other until I brought it to her attention. She asked if the other one had an egg (sounded like shedoubted we were being truthful) and she brought the other when we were almost done eating. Guys the eggs were both extremelyover cooked and crispy, the toast from our sandwich was burned. The bacon on my sandwich wasn?t not cooked all the way and mywife?s was burned. The hash browns were not cooked all the way through either. My wife forced herself to eat half the sandwichand a little of the hash browns. Coffee was old and cold and I almost forgot to mention the hash browns had a nasty after taste(like wet rag). Then after we had left I realized they had the nerve to charge us an extra 5.00 for eggs!!!!!! Wow For 2 people,breakfast sandwich, 1 waffle and coffee 35 bucks. I love the chicken and egg biscuits by far top 10. I also love the fact that i can order online now thank you thank you thank... you thank you again the only problems i have is there is no is quantity option i had to order it 3 times instead of puttingquantity 3...dont have the food just sitting on the counter where anyone can just pick it up im glad i stay close to get therewhen its done plus anyone could have just grabbed my paid for food and left Read more
My to-go order breakfast is missing the meat. No I didn't check before I left. I made it to work and I'm trying to call them but... can't get through. This is ridiculous. Edit: I was able to leave work a little early and go back. The afternoon is awesome! NowI can fully enjoy my cheat meal. Read more
I came to this restaurant pretty frequently late a night. Tonight was the worst I?ve ever seen this place. Never seen this... cook/servers here but I can tell you they do not care how this place looks. LITERALLY every table is dirty including the bar topwhere we normally sit. Definitely the best waffle house in the grand Prairie area. Been here 3 times and there's no crud on the floors or food... scattered across the kitchen. Service is good for a waffle house, dont have to wave anyone down for service or refills.Hashbrowns are always best here. Read more
Wait time was short. Food was well prepared, well presented and plates and drink glasses were clean. Food was served... exceptionally fast and tasted delicious. The store was very busy and honestly I was not expecting the experience to be at thislevel. The team that is here today all were working well together and seemed very respectful to one another which is something Idon?t see very often. I?m very happy that we chose to eat at this location today and this location should be a model to otherlocations on how to have your customers at 100% satisfaction. Read more
