Customer service was great! I swung by to get some tamales. They have pork, chicken, and queso con rajas. I had the chicken ones... and the queso con rajas, 6/10. They were nice in size but the masa (dough) was undercooked. I had to try their flan. It claimsto be the best in town. I won?t be having flan in Grand Prairie again, 4 out 10. On a good note they have drinks imported fromMexico; Boing, Jumex, and coke, just to name a few! ???????? P.S. Ordered a street taco plate with corn tortillas and cheese, a burrito plate and we got 2 of these plates with nothing but burnt... meat inside of the tortilla. Tried to call the restaurant about returning the food and the number listed is not in service. Read more

It did take a while for my order to come out, but the Caldo de Res was really good. A good serving for the price. I would have... liked more rice with my order to go in my soup. Plenty of meat and big vegetables. Served very hot! Read more

Horrible customer service. Took my dad to eat dinner. We both ordered payed. Dads food came out mine never came out. So I... checked my bill. He did not add my food. He was on his phone the whole time. So I called him out on it and he got sassy with metelling me well at least you didn't get charged. I asked for the managers name and he said I'm not allowed to give her name out.That is not good customer service. Read more

First time at Nueva Puntada and it was a fair experience. I got a Chicarrón Torta. The best part of the torta was the meat and... bread. The fruit (Avocado) was not ripe enough to serve and it was not pleasant to eat with the torta. The quesadilla plate wassaran wrapped which I believe could all be put in a takeout tray just like the torta. Also grabbed a half dozen tamales whichwere pretty fair. I asked about the price I got charge because what I asked for rang more than what the menu price said they where so rude with... their answer I mean if I had missing money I wasn't gonna get my order right so why would they get mad for me checking myreceipt and telling them I got charged more.The food was ok but they need to b more friendly. So good and the cook was so nice as was the cashier. The food was great...for 10$ i was stuffed and very satisfied.
