The dim sum is good but good luck getting them to stop by your table so you can pick some out. This has happened the last 2 or... 3 times we have been there. (They weren't all that busy today) I finally got up and asked for specifically what I was lookingfor. We would have bought more but got tired of asking. Read more

I hate to say this but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in this area. We went in around 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday... evening. The place was not crowded but it seemed busy. There was about five or six wait staff on the floor working thatevening. We enjoy the fact that we had table side dim sum carts come by, but we wanted an entree from the menu to share. Oncewe place our order it took over an hour. I truly believe that our waitress forgot to place our order. We had to ask severaltimes fornrefills of water while we waited for our food. Felt like we were alone and all the other tables will be served exceptfor us. So we decided to cut our losses pay for what we had and leave. I can truly say I will not be going back to thislocation and will not recommend this to anyone. While the dim sum was pretty good, you can get that almost anywhere, but theservice was really really terrible They weren't rude. It was just that they kept ignoring us, and the wage staff was totallychaotic, disorganized. Read more

I fairly enjoy the food here specially compare to other Asian restaurants around the area. I walk around the place for a while... before decide to eat here because it look decent but not a lot of customer when I was there around 7 pm. The mushroom dish wasvery good and I not a fan of vegetables dish but this one was very good. Then there?s the walnut shrimp which could never gowrong, if the restaurant can?t even make good walnut shrimp then I would not go there. One disappointing dish was the roast duckwas not very good. The dish was very cold and I don?t think they roasted long enough. It was meaty but lack the flavor. I wouldsaid try it but wouldn?t recommend. The service was very good and select dish is hit or miss so that?s why I would still go. Read more

Fast Service, the waitress was very friendly and was able to explain the menu and provided recommendations which helped me... decide on what to order. Their entrees are good but their dim sum was amazing. Will come back just for their dim sum. Read more

Service was bad, wouldn?t go back. There are so many food options in Asia Time Square but I was craving for dim sum. I wouldn?t... say that we were ignored, but definitely did not feel like we mattered or that they wanted our business. Food was pretty goodbut a little pricey. They should offer discount for items that have been sitting out all day. The steamed buns we got were coldand none of the fried items were warm. Read more

I?ve been to many dim sum restaurants in many different states, and I was perplexed as to why such a great book cover can have... such a bad story. This restaurant is confusing. It gave me such high expectations when I first entered the restaurant, but asI received the dim sum items from the kitchen one by one with a good 10-15 minutes in between each of them, I started to realizethis was a mistake to come here. The radish cake: was extremely dry on the edges as if it had been sitting out uncovered for along time, it was not served hot. The shark fin dumpling: the taste was off putting as it only reminded me of a failed attemptat someone that doesn?t know how to make Chinese food mixing ingredients together without any idea what they are doing. Texturewas also not there. Siu Mai (pork and shrimp): the texture was good, but the flavor was of old shrimp, a bit past theirexpiration date, and the wrapper appeared to have strange holes formed into the sides. I?ve never seen that before. Kind ofconcerning. tripe in scallion and ginger: the tripe was served to me with no scallions or ginger, however it did have threepieces of dikon radish, the tripe is usually a bit more flavorful in my opinion, as this did not seem to have much flavor exceptfor the earthy tripe essence. The chili oil: it was a basic recipe and not very tasty, I got spoiled with Chi?s dim sum chilioil which has loads of vibrant red chili?s you can chew and eat, with wonderful garlic flavors in the oil. This is just oil withcrispy chili?s. I love to mix my chili oil with soy sauce to enjoy my dim sum. I ordered the beef balls also but I was informedthey didn?t have any. So I assume they premake all the dim sum. Since they didn?t attempt to make any for me while I was therefor over an hour. I also thought it was very strange to not hear asian music. And I was very uncomfortable listening to a widevariety of American music. At one point ?staying alive? was playing after previously listen Read more
