Call today in the morning around 10:12 am. Ask over the phone if they still serving breakfast. I was told yes until 11am. So I... drove there to order breakfast. I was told they not serving breakfast for the day. What the hell. They should have told me thatover the phone. Read more

I love Taco Bell, but this newest one off of 161 gave me a few bad experiences, especially right after they opened. I guess due... to the pandemic, the timing of this location wasn't ideal for them because it seemed to take a while to get their sh!t together.Even this last time I went, I ended up waiting in line at the drive-thru for about 20 min. I've never had to wait that long atany other taco bell drive-thru. Hopefully with time, this place will start serving their customers better. It's the closest oneto my house! Lol Read more

Waited over 30 minutes for an order. Extremely unprofessional staff. Another customer came in after us and waited over 30... minutes for an order that was placed in advance. We were given the wrong order multiple times. Had to go to the counter and askfor our order multiple times over the 30 minute period. The same 3 staff members just kept saying I'll work on it right now. Wewere the only people in there for about 20 minutes before anybody else came in and we still didn't have our order. Terribleexperience. The staff kept arguing with each other and telling each other to make the order. It was just two combos. Not a bigorder and it was 2 of the exact same combo. This location is the worst. I?ve came here a couple of times and hoped that my experience would change but to no avail. First I... came they were out of FOOD. Second time I came the employee said they were doing a ?food change? and when I asked what does thatmean? It was just silent!!!! I told the employee I had an online order anyway and she replies ?well we are doing a food changeso you can wait or?.? . Went there 1 week ago during lunch time for the Mexican pizza , they had a sign up saying they were sold out. Tonight I looked... on the app to see if I could order the Mexican pizza before pulling up again and it allowed me to?Pulled up in the drivethrough at 11:30 p (well before scheduled closing time) and they had an automated message playing in the drive through toreturn during regular business hours cause they were closed? as I was pulling off I heard the worker ask if he could take myorder so I reversed and asked for 2 Mexican pizzas and he told me they were sold out ? terrible ???? Employee left in the middle of my order for 8 minutes. After she returned, I asked to read back my order, she laughed and said... she didn?t get anything. I had to repeat my order several times after telling her the 2nd time. Taco Bell is always a trashexperience in drive thru. As I?m getting my food she rolls her eyes after repeating my order wrong, and then ask for missingitems off of my order. Horrible attitude and experience. Taco Bell step up. Read more
