Can I leave zero stars!!! Horrible service. Freeze machine has been broken since the start of July (Summer Season) and then my... order was incorrect and when I called to resolve or get a credit for missing items there was no answer after 6 multiple attemptsand multiple ring times. Read more

I went this morning they didn?t have coffee, my tacos were soggy when I asked for easy meat. They gave me a drink filled with... food debris and even when I POLITELY took it back the black guy in the front slid me a cup rolled his eyes and kept talking tono one on his headset (there were no customers) the other worker sitting in the lobby just looked at me crazy. This is the first Taco Bell where I see the employees enjoying their job, and really paying attention to the orders. I witnessed... the young man stop a customer to double check his order, and told him that he gave him the wrong order. He apologized, and thenquickly corrected his error! The very nice lady taking your order welcomed everyone that came in. I mean everyone! She wasmopping and cleaning, and handling her business! It was an excellent dining experience!
