Slow service and terrible customer service! Online says they close at 9:30 but when you get there they close at 9! Online will... still let you order knowing they are closed! I recommend to not go to this subway as there?s this crack head lady with spikey hair that ruined my experience. she had no... experience and would not use a glove to make my sandwich. she sounded like she needed help from drugs as she kept complaining onwanting cigarettes. As nice as i am i still took my 6 orders for my family hoping she washed her hands as she said. I recommendher to be fired and i will not be coming back to the place again. I went here 5/29/22. Only felt the need to leave this review because incidents like this one have happened more then a couple... of times. The employees were unprofessional and refused to prepare more veggies for sandwiches. So we couldn?t get tomatoes,bell peppers or spinach. Felt as if we were a hassle just being there. Any request we made was met with an eye roll. Not verywelcoming at all. I never make it a point to leave a review, but felt the need to share this experience and hope corporate getsinvolved to either better train, or hire more willing individuals. Read more
The label on the side of my plate is what I pulled out of my mouth after chewing it for awhile. I work near by and my manager... went to go get us a sub for our lunch. Half way through my sub I started chewing on something that didn't feel right. When Ipulled it out of my mouth I noticed that it was their labeling tape. I'm not sure how the labeling tape with black ink got mixedin with the meat but it was truly disgusting. To the point that I could not eating anything. I would not go here again norrecommend anyone to go here. My concern is the leak of attention the employees/managers put in this store or in the food theyare serving.
