Terrible service. 5 people were working at the time when I order a Strawberry Smoothie at 1400. Checked out at 1402. Didn't... get my smoothie until 1415. I had to ask for my smoothie 2x before they even looked to see if it was done. To make thingsworst, they did it incorrectly and had to redo the order again. Not even a sorry for the wait or coupon for a free smoothie nexttime. Worst Smoothie King I have gone to since I visit to DFW area and I have been to 4 in the last 4 days. Read more

I visited the Smoothie King on Arkansas Ln & 161 this afternoon as I do everyday. Today however was a different experience for... me because it affected my health. I ordered a STRAWBERRY peanut power plus as I do everyday. I am allergic to cocoa so having achocolate smoothie would have put an end to a very pleasant day. Upon receiving my smoothie it was darker than usual so I askedthe young lady who handed me my smoothie if it was a chocolate peanut power plus and was ASSURED it was NOT. I drove home andwas about to drink my smoothie when something told me to look at my receipt which clearly stated chocolate peanut power plus. Icalled the store immediately and spoke with the kindest young lady name Rose. Can you say impeccable customer service? Thisyoung woman was incredible. She apologized and I could genuinely feel her concern through the phone. She asked me to return tothe store and ask for her because she would make it right. Amazing!!! I heart you, Smoothie King. Your brand, your staff, and your recipes collectively deserve a solid 5 stars. I found myself... looking for a Smoothie King on my recent visit to Prairie TX, their consistency of solid smoothies never fails. I ordered mygo-to smoothie The Gladiator, it was made even better than where I usually go. This location also has a drive thru convenientfor all those that are always on the go like myself, they were also well stocked inside on all their shelves. I believe theyhave weekly specials, a kids menu, plant based smoothies...they have it all. Great job guys! Read more
HAIR IN SMOOTHIE! My brother warned me about this place but I still went anyway. I waited for awhile in the drive thru, don?t... know exactly how long but it was over 10 minutes. I ordered a mango pure recharge in a plastic cup, drive thru employee was veryrude and in a rush. I got my drink and removed the lid, I don?t usually use straws. That?s when I saw the long stand of hairhanding over the brim of the cup, after waiting awhile in the lobby I was told there was no manager on the property at the time.I left without a refund, new smoothie, and wasted my money and time.
