I just want to say that This is the closest Popeyes to my home. The food quality is hit or miss, mostly miss. Today was the last... straw for me. I?m tired of getting old chicken. The chicken is so old and dry, it doesn?t even have the Popeye flavor that welove. I received a box of chicken with these extra miscellaneous pieces of old chicken that tastes as if it had been sitting inthe refrigerator for a month and taken out and fried up. It was hard, dry, chewy, and I wouldn?t feed it to a dog for scraps.The cole slaw was bad and actually had bubbles in it. I tossed it out with the stale chicken. The popcorn shrimp smelledHORRIBLE! Tossed it as well. The only thing I ate was the mashed potatoes. $15 bucks down the drain. Someone is going to getsick and sue them one of these days for food poisoning. If they open another Popeyes within a few miles from this location, theywill go out of business. Serving old food and covering it up by trying to fry it, is a risky practice in the restaurantbusiness. The board of health needs to pay them a random visit, and they should send a black person that speaks and understandSpanish. Read more

I went to the drive-thru and order 2 piece dark mild with sides, 2 5 piece tender combo and 3 tenders with 2 biscuits. I thought... because I waited so long in the drive thru the food would be great. I spent 37 and some change. I got home and started passingthe food to all the members in my home. The food was old chicken was not only Old, it was Cold and Dry. The biscuits were coldand dry and the fries were cold. I called the store. Horrible service and and very nonchalant attitude. I was not giving anapology. I was told?we can?t do anything unless you come back with your receipt and bring the food back. Even though I love tocook sometimes you want a break and desire to eat out? bad choice. Had an Uber order to pick up at Popeyes. A male employee told me that the lobby was closed at 730 p.m. when I tried to go in; at... the time, he was walking a customer out to the door. I pointed out that the the hours posted stated that it was opened untilten, and he responding they were cleaning. However, there were other customers in there. The drive thru was already 8 cars deepso I had to cancel my order because my customer would not want to wait so long. Are these employees not supervised by amanager? This isn?t the only fast food place that has the problem of closing early. Read more

I would give them zero if I could. Both the number on the receipt and their number were not answered. They actually counted and... gave us multiple pieces of chicken that were so small we thought it had to be a joke. I have never in my life saw wings so smallthey actually fit inside a soda can top.
