I was working picking up deliveries and it sent me to this location. I waited for over 40 minutes still did not receive my food... for the customer. The employees inside were giving each other piggyback rides, playing extremely loud music and being veryobnoxious. The older man working the drive-through was very polite, however the rest of the employees were highlyunprofessional. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location after 10 PM. So maybe having a double drive thru at this location is a bad idea. As I'm sitting here waiting in lane one 3 cars pass the... whole line and goes to the 2nd lane. If the lines are there for follow it shows you're not suppose to go into the 2nd lane untilyou get closer. Plus when people pull up to the 2nd lane it blocks the exit. Stopped by on a Saturday night, late around 11, and didn't seem like a manager was there. Young employees were playing around,... could hear them joking on intercom in the background and I didn't even get my order correctly. During the day service is better. Read more
Like most McDonald's, the food is cheap, which is a good thing in my book, but they just mess up the order so many times.... Sometimes they don't give napkins and almost every single time my family ordered delivery they messed up or missed one item ormore. About the playplace though, this particular McDonald's the play place is actually good here, so if you're going to dine inwith kids go to this one if you can. Read more
The long line made me come inside. Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. Inside very spacious with new indoor play place.... Playspace is recommended for small kids. It is wheelchair accessible. Not sure how they would do if you changed something ormade a particular/special order. Read more
I ordered a Big Breakfast with pancakes. Instead of giving me a sausage that is suppose to be on the plate they put an extra... biscuit. I tried to call several times, no answer. I had an Uber pick up and drop off the order to me. This is the second timethis McDonalds at Pioneer Pkwy location in Grand Prairie, TX provided poor service. They just renovated this place and I figured service would be great too. But no? Drive thru was very slow in order placing... alone!!! I did a mobile order which should be easier and faster. I understand teenagers are working but dang? pick up the pace!Literally 5 people talking and joking around in the 1st window.
