Today 3:22 10/6 came in to pick up a order a Hispanic woman who seem to be the manager seem to not care about customer as she... ignored a woman who just needed a bag. She never came back with the bag ignore that we both are still just standing here.thelady working the drive thru also saw me and looked to her to see if she helped me, she just looked and laughed and saidsomething to her co worker In Spanish. They did not take too much time to take your order to your car but they always forget something and get mad by it if you ask for... it..Hhe girl in the phone is very rude and hung up the phone on me and I was just asking for the 20 pc chicken nuggets that theyforget to bring to me...I asked to a very friendly lady and she brong my chicken nuggets right away..The lady on the phone nevermade the order for me because I waitrd another 20 min just for that! I live one minute away from another McDonalds in Arlington off Collins and I-20 location but will never visit it again. We drive... 12 minutes away to this Grand Prairie location off 360 and Camp Wisdom. Was just there tonight at 11:30pm and got our foodwithin 3 minutes of ordering at drive thru. People were polite, friendly and got order right. Food hot and good. Go here! Read more
Gave me the wrong order and poor customer service. I understand it can be frustrating when it?s busy but the attitude from the... kid at the register when I came to get my order right wasn?t necessary. All love though. I hope it gets better. Read more
If it wasn't for the app letting me change places while having already sent an order, I would not be very happy right now. Not... that I am as I write the review. Came at 4am because it said this location was open on Google maps and IN APP and it waspromptly closed when I arrived even tho showed open online. Very disappointing. This has to be the worst mc Donald?s in town. No one ever at the register to take orders , orders always wrong, employees... cussing at eachother about who is suppose to work the register. I just waited over 30 mins for a couple burgers that look likesomeone assembled them by throwing the ingredients at a wall.
