I've been searching for a good AYCE hot pot place and I think my search is finally over. The menu here is simple, but has all... the meat that I would usually get from places that have more meat selections. I ordered the following items and ranked them fromfavorite to least: prime aged lamb, angus beef, pork belly, and marinated garlic beef. The broth was very flavorful; I got the"best of both worlds" which has half original marrow broth and and half spicy marrow broth. The original broth was veryflavorful, and the spicy broth was moderately spicy. As the broth boils away, it became more concentrated so make sure you askthem to refill your broth. The menu suggests that the best way to enjoy their hot pot is without dipping sauces and that theirspecially made broth will be plenty flavorful. However, there is a decent selection of sauces if one wants it. They haveseafood, fish balls, noodles, and even rice and fried rice as well. Decent selection to add more items to your hot pot. Overallit was a great experience. I came on a Thursday night so it wasn't too busy. My orders came out promptly, and was able to ordermore food without having to wait too long. Read more

It's alright, meat quality is decent. Service is so so. Wish they had shiitake mushrooms! Update: their quality has gone way... down. Meat quality is a low worse. Selection is a lot smaller then before. They used to have wood ear, oyster, and enokimushrooms but now they only have oyster. Used to have udon noodles now only has glass noodles. Beef had a very strangetaste. ?Hot? food was all cold Read more

My family loved this place. It was a fun new experience for us. We did the two flavors of broth and they never let us get low.... The sake was amazing and a nice way to end our meal Read more

Decided to give this place a shot. I am used to the korean shabu-shabu places around carrollton and was in the area. Have to say... up front, the broth is much tastier than the typical shabu-shabu places. and also more choices for the broth selection. The meatselection was not as much as the korean places but the place is also quite a bit cheaper. You only get 5 meat selections and thegarlic marinated beef and the prime lamb was the star of the show. The stuffed meatballs was also quite tasty and the friedchicken wings were not too shabby. And to top it off, u get to listen to cantonese pop while u dine :-) Read more
