There was some weird, strange taste green seasoning in my burger. I ordered a buttery jack and I never saw that green flake... stuff in any of my other burgers before. Inspect your food before eating it if you go here. Read more
Horrible customer service. Manager refused to make our order right and slammed the window in our face after making us wait in... line twice through the drive-thru because they didn?t get the whole order the first time. We told him the food from the firsttime we went through was now cold and asked him to replace it. It was literally one munchie meal and 3 egg rolls. But he refusedand slammed and locked the window and walked away. We waited until he would finally come back to the window and asked for hisname and he rudely told his first name and then we asked for his last name so we can report it to corporate since it is acorporately owned location and he then yelled his last name at us. Literally this man just treated us like we were nothing andignored our complaints. I filed a complaint with corporate. Hopefully they will make it right because the manager was completelyunprofessional! Read more
We were staying at hotel Next door. We checked Website and Google to make sure dining room was open, all said midnight. Tried... calling but no one would answer. We (3 girls)walked over to this Jack in the box. Due to location on frontage road from ourhotel, walking across parking lot was just more logical. ALL doors locked, signs say open till midnight. Drive thru packed. Employees refused to even look at us, finally one motions they are closed , i pointed to sign , she looked at her watch and wasa little confused because it was only 11:15pm. A crew manager came to door after our continued knocking. He very rudely saidthat he could not serve us the dining room closed at midnight ! I said it?s only 11:35! He looked very confused as well andsaid well sorry, and walked away! The only thing I can say is very rude employees that closed up dining room early. If yourhours have changed, update your Signs, Sites, Pages, Google info , Yelp, all that stuff, same someone the hassle! Read more
