I asked if I can add to my order or change my order. The guys said no it was already made. I sat in the drive through for 20... minutes more waiting for my food. The fries was stale. The burgers was cold. And the ice in my drink was melted. Will not begoing there for a while. Read more
The cashier made my food. He didn't have a hair net on or washed his hands before making my food. He didn't put gloves on.... Needless to say I didn't eat the food. I will eat something that wasn't prepared with clean hands. He dropped a French fry onthe counter and picked it up with his bare hands and put it in my box. Disgusting!!!! Gross!!! Read more

I am usually happy with my orders from Jack, having said that. I have had a few bad orders in the past.. but my word! Today... was the worst! I ordered the double Jack meal. 6 tacos extra lettuce and 3 egg rolls, i went through the drive through around6pm or so. After I paid I was given my drink, I was asked if I would like condiments before I was told to pull up to the frontand wait for my order. I asked for teriyaki sauce and secret sauce. When the young man came out to give me my order, I asked ifthe sauce was in the bag he said yes.. I checked, there was sauce, but not what I asked for it was several packs of Ketchup, taco sauce, buttermilk sauce, and sweet-and-sour sauce? No teriyaki sauce and no secret sauce at all plus it was all stuffed inone bag with the burger and fries smashed at the bottom. NOW about quality!!! the burger OMG! WTH! It was completely drowned insauce both sides of the bun it looked like the bun had been dunked in the sauce NO LETTUCE to be seen at all? horrible and Unedible. Do better Jack! This was unacceptable ! Oh one last thing I thought they had given me a fish sandwich because it waswrapped in wrong paper. No biggy but still if this is wrong and it?s written right in front of them what else can you expect. Read more
