Be very careful with this Jack in the Box they will double charge you and when you try to resolve the issue there is never a... manager around to help. They give you the run around and never know which manager is working. Needless to say they kept themoney, beware of the double charge if you try and use a card. This is not new for this restaurant so watch your credit cardstatement. Better yet don?t go to this one one in Grand Prairie on i20 and belt line. If I could give no stars I would forstealing. Service is good but the food is never fresh, food taste like it smelled nasty,EVERYTIME!!!! I never get fresh food from this Jac... in the Crack!! It's like the meat, bread and vegetables are microwaved after sitting for days.It kinda taste like it was cookedon the kitchen mop floor. I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to Bobo. I?m a late night person and often visit this Jack in the Box... location after midnight. Every single time I?ve visited since I moved to Grand Prairie last year, Bobo has been working and isalways incredibly kind. She takes pride in her work, double checks the orders for accuracy and makes sure she asks if you needany condiments. I also appreciate that while masks are no longer required, she continues to wear one to protect herself andothers. I?m not sure what her position is with the company, but she should definitely be recognized in some way. I cancertainly tell that she goes above and beyond each and every day and she?s truly an asset to Jack in the Box. I will definitelycontinue to visit this location because of her! Read more

Update: 4/15/21 Went again today to try and give the large fries another try. Nope, added a picture labeled 4/15/21. It is a... little better than the first time but not a large by any means. Just get the meal in a small, this is twice now in one week. Theone star remains, I even filled out the survey that was left for me on the reply below.
