Ate there twice and both times the fries, especially, tasted like they were fried in dirty grease.
One word, 4 syllables....mediocre. Smoked wings are very dry. Lemon Pepper was bland, with barely any seasoning tossed on it.... The smoked Parmesan was dry and bland as well. Was hard to swallow due to the profound dryness. The regular fried parmesan wingswere not impressive either and bland last time I ordered. I've tried 3 times. I think I will move on. 1st time was good for somereason (fried parmesan), but the two recent times I've ordered, food has been lackluster. Read more

So I wasn?t sure if these were even real wings! I threw away my entire order including the fries. My wife felt the same way... after she bit into a wing and discovered gelatinous fatty membrane. It wasn?t just one wing either. The taste was horrible notat all like it smelled from a distance either. Sorry to say this but unlike most places I don?t have anything positive to sayabout this experience. I called and complained and they didn?t offer to replace my order or anything. For the price I was not disappointed at all. I definitely think there are better wings out there from some of the major... competitors. However the wings were good and I felt like I got my money?s worth. Now I said they were good not great. We ordered(3) of the 11 pcs. Boneless wings w/fries for 9.00 each combo. I placed my order online while leaving work. It took about 20mins for them to prepare. I parked in front of chili?s at the Togo pick up side. I checked in via email and my order was broughtout to me. The order was ready on time, which I appreciate. The pick up process was seamless. Before checking in via email, Iwas immediately approached by the server. Food was brought out within a couple minutes. I Drove home about 10 min down the roadbefore we started eating and food was still very much warm. Not scorching hot but warm enough to enjoy. We had threeflavors: (Buffalo)- think Sweet Baby Ray?s Buffalo sauce. (Lemon-Pepper)- think lemon pepper season tossed onto fried bonelesswings. This is where I feel their competition does a better job. However their wings were still good just not to the caliber ofother wing places. (Jalapeño Cilantro)- I don?t even know how to describe the taste but I loved the flavor. It had just thehint of jalapeño flavor and coriander. I couldn?t really taste cilantro but it was still a good flavor combination that Ienjoyed. The heat level was not too hot. I felt like the Buffalo had slightly more heat to it. All fries are curly fries. Theyare seasoned but not as seasoned as other fast food places. The ranch had nice texture. It was the thin style ranch you find atother wing places but the flavor was not good as their competitors, but theirs was still very good. I would just like a littlebit more flavor. Ordered wings from doordash tonight. They were actually really good. They come with curly fries which make the meal quite a... bargain. I only have a few comments. I wish there were an even number if flats and drums, plus the fries could be crisper. Ihighly recommend the fried oreos. Those were great. I would order these again. Read more
