I can?t believe the customer service these Night Shift workers offer it?s disgusting the server looked like she was high on... drugs took them 20 minutes to get our drinks and that?s because I asked for them waited another 30 min . The waiter would justpast by us laughing and not once came to take our order I have pictures to prove all the workers were entarrained by a bird alady brought in seems like they all knew each other since the bird owner walked in saying ?Ihop is for peasants ? for low classI will be contacting corporate with the pictures and when they went to get me my drink none of them washed there hands aftertouching the bird ? we ended up walking out of there and they started laughing such a disgrace that people are forced to work ajob they hate . Customer service great. I would not recommend the 10 oz. steak. Cut severely thin, wanted medium but it was so thin it was... burnt. $16 steak, should of been called thin sliced pork chop ????????? Read more
This place is always overly packed, food is decent but a little overpriced for me based on the quality of food. Coffee is... weak, very water down and I always feel rushed when wair staff checks in because there is always a long wait of peoplewanting to be sat down. Read more
This place is crazy. The food came out cold, we waited for my son's food for 25 minutes after we received ours and his still... came out cold. The waitresses were over worked and each had 2 tables a piece. The manager tried to help the cook and the cooktold him to get out he could mess it up on his own. Manager was short with customers and waitresses because he had no abilityto manage his cook. These poor waitresses aren't getting paid because the manager and cooksucks. Read more
To be fair I must revisit this branch in another day ( not weekend I mean), the branch was overcrowded with people, it took them... almost 30 min to serve the food, the staff was super nice and she did all her best to control the mess. The quality of foodalmost the same. Finally don't do during weekends. Read more
When I walked in Crystal greeted me with a smile and even open the door for me so that I wouldn't touch the door which I thought... was great customer service. And she seated me down very gracefully. When I sat down I waited for my waiter for a while, maybe 8minutes and she came and she was an ok waiter. Her name was Olga. She seems kind of tired. My food was not good at all. My eggslooked old. And I asked for my hash browns to be well cooked, they were medium cooked. My sausage, ham, bacon were cold. I askedfor a veggie egg omelet to go, but instead I had got a steak omelette. And then I asked for the Junior Chicken and Waffles butwhen I got home my Waffle was okay. My chicken taste like it had been cooked in old grease, so I was not satisfied with thechicken and waffle. So overall the only thing that I really like was Crystals greeting me this whole experience at IHOP thistime usually when I go to this location IHOP is usually very good. Which is why I choose this location this Saturday. Today wasa disappointment hopefully it gets better the next time that I come back!m Read more
