Caution when coming here. The staff did what they could. There was only one waitress. She did a great job. But this location... needs more staff. If you come here, ask how many waiters they have. Again not the staffs fault. Read more
Waited 30mins for service after being seated. They kept telling us they?ll be with us shortly, but still waited patiently. After... waiting for 30mins, someone barely gets in and gets seated and already getting drinks and order taken. Me and my wife beingupset, we just walked out and decided to never come back to this location. Really hope it wasnt a race issue, since i saw adifference with service. Read more
This locating did a outstanding job on the food. Service was great even though it was almost 1am. Server was happy and friendly... breakfast sampler all day every day is my pick. Was amazing. Read more
I order $32 worth of food from this Ihop through uber eats. My bag wasn't sealed. My food wad cold,soggy. It was also missing... ingredients that I order. Bacon was cold soggy undercooked. Eggs were rubbery. Hashbrowns were soggy but burnt at the same time.I order colorado omellet and a brekfast sampler. I even called ahead to make sure they made my order fresh. They said ok andhung up. Then After I call back to inform them of my horrible order. They blame delivery person,whom picked it straight up andbrought it quickly. Then they kept hanging up in my face. ROACHES! DO NOT EAT HERE, at least until it's been taken care of. The manager was alerted to our table and I showed her the... napkin, picture provided. She voided the ticket but the damage was already done. I'm still gagging. ???????? I'm only rating ita 1 star because of our waitress. She went out of her way to take our over-easy eggs back to get the whole plate redone(eventhough we already ate some of the bacon and sausages) because the whites of the eggs were still clear and runny. My granddaughter and I thought of going to IHOP after the lunch rush hour to have a leisurely meal before going shopping at... Target. We arrived around 1:45 pm one of the waitresses asked us to sit down it would be 10 to 15 minutes, the restaurant wasempty except for two guests, we sat and began to watch the goings-on. We realized that there were 3 ladies taking care of thefront house, the hostess and 2 waitresses, no bus boy, one cook, and one helper in the kitchen. All the tables from lunch werestill unclean, people were coming by to pick up phoned lunch orders, the lady in charge came by asked us to follow her, sat usin a clean booth and brought our coffee, the other 2 ladies were cleaning tables and taking care of the 2 tables, and thenpeople began to walk in, I want the owner of this place to know that this 3 ladies deserve a raise and a pat on the back,they're an asset to the IHOP conglomerate they never lost their composure, they took orders, filled coffee cups, clean tables,sat incoming customers, placed orders, and helped each other in a well coordinated, professional, polite, fun, work force. Weate, paid, and took food home, while this 3 ladies cared for a full restaurant. Props to the cook ???? food was coming out fast,hot, and tasty. Read more
Only one other couple in the entire restaurant, the WORST service I have ever had. I've been a server and understand being busy... but this place was a morgue. Staff walking around but no service. I visited this location around 2am. I was surprised to find that I would be the only customer there. Not sure what's going on... however it was a decent in/out good experience. They seem to be understaffed like all other locations. It did take them a whileto notice that I had entered which wasn't a huge bother even with the door slamming behind me because of the wind. She didinform me that the cook position pays $25/hr so if you have some cook experience and the pay sounds appealing, IHOP needs you. Read more
