The sandwiches are always good here, however, my issue is with the customer service. Not only did I see an employee completely... ignore a customer because he had his back to the ordering area and was playing on his phone, but this same young man was wearinghis pants so low that his entire backside was showing when he bent over. Sure, he had on underwear, but how is this consideredacceptable work attire even in a casual setting? Called to place order guy on the phone act like it was a bother. Went to the store placed order cashier spoke the other three... and Manger said nothing. Two girls and guy making sandwiches laughing talking among each other. Sandwiches was not that good 4out of 10! I only eat firehouse subs G.P location no thanks! Although I was satisfied with my service, I being a first time customer, overheard some of the crew making their way towards the... drink station which just so happen to be by our table. We over heard them acknowledging that the drink station had no Dr.Pepperanymore (probably needed to be refilled or changed out). One of the employees then goes on to say ? see, I told you we wereprobably out of Dr.Pepper and you needed to change it out.? Another employee goes on to say ?Well I?m not changing it untilsomeone asks for it. But no one wants Dr.Pepper? little did they know I did want a Dr.Pepper. Unfortunately since I?m used tobeing dismissed or told that unfortunately it was completely out I picked another beverage. It wasn?t what they said but howthey said it. Neither one of the employees who went to grab a beverage went to solve the issue although they now acknowledgethat it was an issue. I?m not sure that?s very good customer service if you ask me but other than that I had a really good time! I told the gentleman that was taking our order that it was my first time and he was very patient with me. I asked about themeatball sub and he gave some great recommendations and tips. He also gave me his opinion on how it was one of his fave subs.I?m not sure if his name is actually Jeeti like it says on the receipt but thanks to his excellent customer service I told myFiance` who loves the food here that I would definitely be back. I got the large Italian sub combo and let me tell you it was FIRE! Don't sleep on Firehouse go try it now!

I?ve heard about Firehouse Subs for a while but never tried it. I finally decided I wanted to and searched one out. I love... tuna fish and the picture of the tuna sandwich looked great. That?s where this love story ends. My sandwich was bread andpickle with a very very small amount of tuna, as if the tuna was a dressing instead of the main ingredient. Have you ever runout of mayo and run your knife or spoon in the bottom of the container 15 times on a circle trying to get enough to taste. That?s what this sandwich reminded me of. Very good. The service is great. For the quality you get, I think it's excellent. I have ordered so many times using delivery... but this I ordered by walking into the store. Staff wears masks. That's good for customers. Clean. And I love the variety ofsandwiches. And the hot sandwiches I highly recommend, and they will customize for you. 2nd firehouse I've been to. This is a newer location and very close to my home. I got the firehouse steak and cheese, being from... Philly and having had many many cheese steaks in my life, I thought, heck why not. I did question whether or not to 86 the delimustard (comes on it), but decided I'd try it. Usually on a true philly i have either mayo or ketchup. The mustard was differentbut really good. Authentic philly roll and provolone cheese made this a great sandwich.
