This is an awesome place to spend time together!
There are few things in life that I will suffer for. CiCi's Pizza is one of them. I can get miserably full for less than I would... spend for drive-thru and then suffer the ultimate consequence later due to my lactose intolerance. I plan the eveningentertainment around this, however because we live in a glorious age of technology that allows one to stream Netflix from thetoilet. Another highlight of the experience is this Nerf game and, more specifically, the red chairs that I have named Rodneyand Ben. The location on Pioneer in Grand Prarie is trash!!!! The underpaid cashiers have dirty fingernails and don?t really want to be... there, so when you?re out with your family, they?re making it their personal business to ruin your day. But the jokes on yougoofies, we had fun and ate pizza despite the rude silly little workers!!! Pizza on the buffet was trash, but my special pizzawas a home run!! Gottta be quicker than that!!! This Cici's location is consistently busy. Overall I give it 4 stars. The value is very good @ $7.04 for an adult buffet (drinks... are extra). The parking lot had some debris although being on a busy corner may make it difficult to maintain a clean lot. Thesalad bar looked fresh and fairly well maintained the pizza and pasta were mostly all fresh. The desert was not as good as Iexpected from past experiences but for the price it was good. The drink area was a bit untidy. We sat at the booth in the NWcorner and it is very slanted (see picture of bubble level) This is a good place for kids. There are highchairs available andseveral arcade games that you can spend money to play. The light in the hall way is out closest to the men's bathroom . So I brought my kids out tonight because they wanted pizza and let me just tell you I place an order for a deep dish that's a... pepperoni with jalapeno and they brought me a regular pepperoni with jalapeno everybody knows that the. Zesty Phantom pepperoniis Alfredo sauce so I told the waiter to take it back and if you can we make it for me the right way he brought me a secondpizza and down below is a picture of what he brought me it is not deep dish when we first got there my daughter ordered a deepdish spinach pizza it was already time for us to leave and still no pizza so I had to go talk to the manager and I had explainedto the manager what happened with both pizzas the manager was friendly about it and he did you place a spinach pizza and we hadit to go so comes down to the service is very poorly. Nice place. Tables nice and clean. Staff were all very polite. They smiled and even sincerely thanked us for coming. The food on... the other hand was... Not the tastiest I've ever had. Pizza wasn't hot at all it taste like it had been sitting there all day drinks were more watery than usual!!! They didn't bus... our tables we had a large party so we had 3 tables dirty plates on all tables and when we asked them to get the plates theyignored us.
