I love chick fil a but one bad thing about this location is that even on slow times or when it is not busy with only 2 customers... inside they still take around 20 minutes to give you your food and sometimes with no sauces even when you ask for them. We've been very disappointed at this location. We usually take it to go, and half of the time they forget an item or 2. This... time, we ordered 1 4pc chicken strips, 1 12pc chicken nuggets, and we got 2 4pc chicken strips instead. We asked for Chick-fil-asauce, and did not get any in the bag. We ordered 2 large fries, and got 2 half fries (pictured) instead. One time, they forgota whole salad! We had to go back to get it. Check your bags before you leave! Read more
This is the 2nd time they have messed up our order. I asked for veggies on the side they gave me a sandwich container with the... veggies only. Where the hell is my sandwich. I called 10x no answer. I understand they close at 10 but i know there is stillpeople there cleaning before they actually go home. No manager answered. We didnt get a receipt either. And then we had to asktwice for chikfila sauce then thats when they say oh we are out. Im sorry but night crew needs retraining. Read more
Every time I go to this location I order a chicken burrito with no hash browns inside. They still put them inside and still put... the ?special? sticker! Like it?s simple. I like going in vs the drive through the service is better in my opinion. Read more
Poor experience Travis the manager has poor customer service. I ordered 3 meals and wanted to swap the hash browns for waffle... fries and was told they no longer do this. I told Travis I use to work for this company and the policy is to pull over and waitfor the fries to be cooked and he said no we can?t do this until 10:30am. Great customer service from start to finish. This location was very clean and easy to find parking. My 1st time trying the Mac n... cheese and it was delicious I recommend adding hot sauce you won?t be disappointed. It?s so cute they have a section to shoutout the graduates. They have open interviews on Monday?s for cashiers and kitchen staff. Read more
