This location on I20 & Carrier is getting worse in the, dorder details department. Friday about 2..ish, mobile order to dine... in. The 1st order came out overcooked & mildly warm & wasent even fresh enough to melt the cheese. Back was way over cooked. Iasked to have my sandwich to be made fresh & I didn't mind waiting. I sent that one back and 3 or so minutes later anothersandwich came and so I opened it up while he was standing their and I asked why these were overcooked & only mildly warm andasked him what happens to food mistakes when it's not eaten. He said trash, so I offered for him to feel the chicken, he seamedmore that a little put off. My 3rd sandwich was hot and fresh , not overcooked cheese just about melted but the bacon was stilllike cold. Read more
We came here after work and was denied service because I was driving a work truck. According to the person taking my order my... truck was too high for the tent. However, I had already passed the tent to get to her and there was plenty of space between mytruck and the tent. Customer service has always been great before. Read more
Amazing location. Went there after a tennis match with the whole team. The customer service was amazing. Fast, very friendly,... and very clean. Food was hot and the lemonade gallon was actually really good despite being 13 something. They had workers goingaround asking if we needed refills, sauce, or any help at all times. Keep it up! I literally just received a sandwich in where my buns were larger than my chicken patty! I called back and spoke to Omar and he... said bring it back ... wow... This company has disappointmented me for the last time...the lemonade doesn't even taste the sameanymore...what's going on... I usually eat there once a week and they are getting worse and worse.
