I specifically asked for additional item and was aware that there was a extra charge for it and since I wasn?t charge for it... they didn?t put it in the bag. I also asked the lady at drive-through window to confirm that extra item was in bag and sheassured me that it was. I?ll call the store and spoke to a Skyla(mgr) and she remember the order and said since I didn?t pay forthe extra item so she didn?t put it in the bag this is not the first time I had this issue when asking for additional item withfee at this location. You guys are notorious For serving cold fries Been here more than once and it's the same thing I mean sure if you guys happen to... keep the fries on the fryer chilling that's fine Just drop them and serve them hot when it's time to dish out fries I don'tunderstand the hiccup . However, Chick-fil-A sometimes runs through a lot of seasonalemployees that are new and that I understand but there's a difference between bad customer service because you don't know how todo your job and rude customer service you know how to do your job you're just choosing to be rude about it.
