Mess up orders, and forget item, DO NOT pull out until you have CHECKED EVERYTHING, they provide no reimbursement or upsize... for wasting gasoline due to their mistake. Extending their drive thru times, is well deserved. Read more

If I could put -10 I swear I would! I placed my order online, and when I went to pick up my order (around 8:50pm) the lights... were on in the store, the open sign was on, but no one attended me, I waited for about 15 minutes and no one came out, I knockedon the drive thrue window and Nobody attended, it is not the first time this has happened to me, even during the day, they donot attend, the manager is extremely rude, despotic and speaks to both employees and clients in a horrible way, I better leavethe facilities for another review, the store is disgustingly dirty. I have been to the Burger King maybe twice in the last 3 weeks the first time I went I was doing my Uber eats and the lights... were on but when we pulled in the girl said they closed because she didn't have anybody to cook the food so that was a wastedtrip for me.. then I went 8/15/22 and the food we got was not cooked well it was not we got onion rings rodeo burgers andmozzarella sticks and cheese bites it seem like they put them in the microwave nothing was playing the burgers were not flamebroiled so this will be a waste of time if you guys were going to go here and spend your money even on a value menu or anythingsorry... If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The first time I went here was right after work. I ended up going to Popeyes next... door because I waited in the drive thru lane for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the intercom. A few weekslater after my shift I decided to give this location another try and that was a mistake on my part. I waited at the intercom fora good 10 minutes again but I knew someone was taking orders because there was a car in front of me that just gave their order.When I finally got to the drive thru window the employee asked what my whole order was again. Then he said he couldn?t print areceipt because they were all out of receipt paper, which apparently from reading other reviews from this location is areoccurring thing. It's okay. Burger King has now three burgers which can be made vegan which is a huge plus. Also, their fries are vegan.
