Pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with silence, after patiently waiting for some time I simply stated ?hello?. I... was then informed that there was only 2 workers and they were dealing with a large mobile order. I requested to know a timeframe as I had not even placed my order yet. Every time I stop at this location on my way to work, which is around 9:30p. I sit at the drive thru for at least 5 minutes. No... one acknowledged the speaker and when you say hello anyone there, it's in sorry we're closed. Whoever is managing this locationneeds to be fired. There district manager needs to look over their paper work between the hours of 9p-11p. They definitely notdoing any work in there. Read more
Decided to come by at 6:45 to get my son breakfast before school. Why did I do this? The lights were off as if they didn?t want... anyone to know they?re open. I was in line at the speaker for about 3-5 minutes after I repeated ?hello?. Once the lady finallyanswered they of course didn?t have pancakes or chocolate milk(I?m almost sure I?ve gotten some from bk before). Upon driving didn?t even acknowledge me at her window and had a bonnet on her head, which is highly unprofessional. Around 11:45 I went to this location. Bought 2 Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Meat was cold on burgers. There was 1 napkin in... the bag for 2 people. Went to register to get a knife to cut my burger but worker had left. Lady at window was on her phone andlady preparing food pointed at her. Lady at register came back and was not happy that I asked for a knife. I thanked her and shesaid nothing. Please hire people that have customer service skills or have a friendly attitude toward customers. I see why therewere no customers when I got there at lunch time. 1. Fry cups are cups for fries right? So why would you put them sideways in a bag for the contents to pour out. You wouldn't put... a glass of water in a bag sideways. 2. Store forgot the cheese for both whopper meals ordered. 3. I was not offered any dippingsauces for the nuggets ordered. 4. Put someone on drive through who can speak clearly through the microphone. Stopped by BK omw to work for a whopper! Bit off of it and it was NOT Fresh, super bland, bread crumbling and lettuce just... falling off! Opened it up to put some salt hoping that would at least make it edible! When I seen the patty I lost my entireappetite! Not sure what this is but as you notice there are NO grill marks AT ALL! The drive thru?s speaker is not working well. I asked for 2 impossible burgers, I?m vegetarian. When I was ten minutes far from... the bk and started to eat, I realized it was MEAT. So I ate only the bread with the vegetables because I was very hungry andgoing to another place far from there. When I comeback from the place, I went to bk and ask for the guy change the burgers. Worst BK in this area? Seems like white people not accepted. Ordered for dine in - received a bag. Asked for a tray - then they... said we only have bags. But some non white people got a tray. I hate pickles. So I ordered the bacon king? Came with pickles!Disgusting!!!! Never again Read more
