Denym was a superb representative of this establishment of which, at this moment, I am not certain when or if I will return as a... patron again. My order was incorrect and not hot. Before giving me the onion rings I was required to return the fries. Why? ????What were they going to do with them? The sandwich was barely tepid, so no chance of the cheese melting. I sent it back for afreshly cooked sandwich since I was required to return the fries. The second sandwich was not hot, either. ???? I have neverhad a problem before. Came to this one after the other Burger King was closed at 10pm on Great Southwest (Grande prairie) and this one on 360 also... closes at 10pm. If your hours isn?t until midnight I would appreciate not driving around wasting gas. Please fix your hours. Read more
I would leave names but I didn?t even receive a receipt. So I went here today 1/24/2020 at approximately 7:40 AM to the... drive-thru. I?m excited it?s Friday. I attempted to order my free crossiant sandwich (bacon and egg only)from the Winterlandgames (anything won expires on 1/30/2020 per the coupon) in addition to a hash brown. As soon as I attempt to give her theorder, she tells me to pull around. I get to the window to show her my phone and she said it?s expired (which it wasn?t and thetimer was going). I told her the expiration date and she said something in Spanish to I guess the lady in the back prior towalking away. While I was attempting to look up the menu to see what size hash browns I wanted, she returned and gave me mycrossiant without any condiments and walked away. I sat there and she came back to which I said I wanted to order hash browns aswell. She told me the total without me saying what size I wanted (which she automatically assumed I wanted the smallest theysold I guess I wouldn?t dare want a bigger size since I?m redeeming something for free smh). I told her no I wanted a mediumwhich she rang up. I specifically asked for TWO strawberry jellies and TWO ketchups. Which the only way I got it because she hadan attitude was I parked and went in. I did tell her she does NOT pay for this. I get to my office to find the most patheticallymade crossiant and of course no receipt as previously mentioned. First the drive through speaker was not working. I gave my order at the window. Checked my receipt and they charged me for extra... fries. They refunded the order and rang it back up. They gave me my order but with extra fries and no onion rings. I asked formy onion ring and sauce. They then forgot my drinks. And when I got home I had the wrong sandwiches.
