The place was super busy and there was only two people working. They did an amazing job and it's hard to tell exactly how they... did it. The pizza actually came out quickly and was super good.. We ordered the Florentine. Had a couple beers and even wentupstairs to check out the little arcade and pool table. Pretty cool place. We will definitely be back One more in Grand lakeagain. Read more
The pizza looked and smelled great, but it was an awful experience. We pulled up at 5:11 thinking we could get a quick bite... before the shops closed. The waitress took our order then did not check on us again until she delivered the cheesy bread. Oncethe cheesy bread was delivered we weren't checked until 6:15. We were greeted with "I thought you had your pizza already, I amso sorry". By that time we just wanted to go, thinking we could get the pizza to go and eat it at the park. She was going tooffer me a 10% discount (LOL). Finally at 6:27 she brought out the pizza, and I told her I was there for an hour and a half, andI felt not good about paying for the pizza. She said my manager will just sell it, but you still have to pay for the cheesybread, I was extremely disgruntled to find out they up charged me for that. Pizza is really good. Worth a try. Only downside it is a little pricey but I?ll be back.
Friends and I went here after getting in late to Grand Lake. The reviews weren't the best so I was a little skeptical but I am... very happy we went here. It seems like they have recently reopened and revamped their pizza. We had the pizza with buffalosauce, sundried tomatoes, and bacon and we tried their cheesy bread. And we were all very pleasantly surprised with how goodboth things were. Crust was thin and crispy without being too crunchy and the flavors on the pizza all worked really welltogether. We stopped in for lunch after an afternoon of tubbing and sledding with 5 hungry boys, the barman, Chris, was a pleasure to talk... to, and when I mentioned we had nut allergies in the family, (they have a Thai pizza on menu with peanuts, which I bet isamazing but could potentially cause cross contamination) he brought the cook up to speak with me about ways to accomodate forthe allergy. Which is above and beyond what most places will do. The boys prefer cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and both weredelicious! Hubs and I went with the BBQ chicken and it was out of this world! They were good sized pizzas, cut into squareswhich was fun and surprisingly we did have a few slices left over. I'm also happy to report no nut allergy flare up! YouDEFINITELY need to try this pizza! A very laid back vibe. We got our pizza to go but decided to eat it right outside at one of their patio table/benches. We got a... Hawaiian pizza. It was just simple and good! Such a cool little place. Had some good music playing outside, a super nice lady took my order. I got the white Buffalo pizza,... it is honestly is amazing. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but I'm 3 slices into the pizza and it is entirely worththe money. Read more
