I wish there was zero stars because that is what I would give. Had to wait in Drive thru forever then you get up to the speaker... to order but they don't even acknowledge you. Then you wait another 5 min. or longer. I ordered 3 biggie bags and 1 small chili.Finally got to window to pay and even asked if they got the chili. They said yes. Started to drive away and guess what? Theyforgot the chili. Went inside and they didn't even acknowledge me again. I finally got there attention and got my chili. While Iwas waiting I noticed the front counter was filthy, the lids were off the chili and chili mess all around the pans. There wasonly 1 person getting food inside so I don't know why they were so slow to get food out. Got home and chicken nuggets were hardand cold. I asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and got barbecue. The fries were very salty. My hamburger was very pink inthe middle. Every time we go to North Avenue store they always mess something up or forget something. I only go to this onebecause it's closer to my house. Not anymore. I will go to one of the other one's. I did a mobile order, got a $5 biggie bag and redeemed an extra 4 piece nugget with my rewards, I get home and opened my sealed... bag and see that I not only did I not get my extra nuggets, my food was cold and my nuggets were hard. This isn't the first timemy mobile order has been messed up here. I'd give zero stars if I could. Read more
Store said it closes at 11:30pm so I decide to order from door dash at 10:55. 5 minutes after paying and it says preparing my... order, I get a message that order was canceled and store closed. Poor business practice to close 30 minutes early. Read more
LOCKED OUT AT LUNCHTIME!!! At 2:15pm on a Thursday ALL the lobby doors were LOCKED. There were customers inside and visible.... Manager was at the register and quickly disappeared when I tried to open the SECOND door. Drive thru was in full operation, noone ever came to the door. No signs posted saying lobby closed either. We went through the drive through with a big order. Not only did they mess up a burger, they left my chicken sandwich out... completely. We live across town, I am not going back just to get the sandwich. Buyer beware, check your order while you arestill at the window. Management needs some quality assurance work! Read more
I came here just a few minutes ago the chicken nuggets tasted like rubber we sat in line for 30 minutes then they still didn?t... have our food done. The fries were soggy, the made us sub our crispy nuggets for spicy nuggets. If I was gonna sit there forthat long for a few things I?d expect my food to atleast be fresh and what I wanted instead of subbing in stuff. The workerswere standing around while we were there, they didnt have any fresh food what so ever they were just standing and talking ittook them 10 minutes just for drinks. Read more
Last nights order was so disgusting! Not only did they close early and gets the order messed up and not dropped fresh like asked... but I had raw chicken on my salad! You can hear employees asking other employees if they wanted a burger which I'm sure they gotfresh. Went back today to get it all redone and yet again the food was not dropped fresh and will be asking for our money back.I just got out of the hospital and wanted a decent meal only to have to toss it in the trash or have messed up, Worst place toget food from!! I placed a mobile order, yknow order ahead skip the line all that jazz, but no I waited 30 minutes for incorrectly prepared... food, a less than half filled large fry, and an extra large side of attitude from the ?manager? Aliyah. I?m highly displeasedand can only imagine you will be too if you visit, so just grab a burger and fries somewhere else, at least they?ll make themcorrectly and fill them up!
