This rating is for service alone as I was dashing and not ordering. Yesterday on Dec 1 around 12 noon I received an order for... pickup at Wendy's. At the time of arriving to pick up I realized these guys were a little backed up. To my surprise the cashiernotified me that the restaurant had just received a $100 of cheeseburgers for a construction crew that JUST pulled up throughthe drive-thru. (since there are no corporate policies against such a move, the crew HAS TO FILL THE ORDER, it's NOT theirfaults.) I let him know no problem I understood and waited with a decent amount of people in the lobby. ##What I want topoint out and commend is that with only one sandwich maker and maybe two other crew members, they all stayed polite, didn'tpanic, and truly hammered out all the orders in an amazing amount of time and with seamless effort it seems.## That shift,yesterday, was on top of the game. We were very disappoint to get down the road with our food to realize they forgot the double stack burger. Considering how long... we sat in the drive thru, you would think your order would be correct, and you would have hot fries, not cold ones. Also, Ifound it unprofessional for the manager to ask if we needed jobs or anyone we know needs jobs, after we told him we were notfrom the area. Horrible service Read more

Food is tasty. But, from Friday to Thursday, the men's bathroom was exactly the same. Looks like nobody cleans it. Sad, because... I told the manager on Friday. Today? Still filthy. Read more

Absolutely garbage, no help from any employees especially the manager. We had come to get food on our long drive and waited... about 30-1hr to even get our order in because the jackass manager didn?t want to help her employees apparently, we were the onlypeople to stay (bad idea) Also had very bad attitudes, cussing and throwing fits in the kitchen. Absolutely not okay, and willnot be going again. I would put 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend. Read more

I didn't take photos but stopped here on the way home from our daughter's wedding. I ordered a jr. Cheeseburgers and a value... chicken sandwich. The chicken was cold and hard as a rock so that went in the trash right away. The first burger was cold likeit had been taken out of the garbage. The lady in the back had a bag full of air and buns and I'm assuming I got those becausethey were still cold. The 2nd burger we took the patty out too. Later that night my stomach started hurting and I have beendealing with it yesterday and today. I think I got some food poisoning from there and the owner or management needs to fix thisissue with the late night shift. Read more

In the last several months the quality at this location has declined to an unacceptable level. The Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain... machine has only two choices, food quality has declined, and cleanliness has deteriorated. Don't know what has happened butdoubt will return. Read more

Complaining gives me anxiety, but I?m glad I did. I spent about 20-30 minutes in the drive through only to get home to find that... my whole meal was messed up (1 of three meals isn?t too bad honestly). I called to complain and they were willing to replace myentire meal. Only leftover issue was the nuggets. First time around they were fresh but not the spicy ones I ordered; secondtime around my spicy nuggets were tough, dry and cold (but my burger and fries were PERFECT). I most likely won?t be getting thespicy nuggets again, to be frank ALL locations leave much to be desired with this particular menu item. Wendy?s really needs towork on their food quality if they don?t intend on making the wait times shorter, especially for a place that prides themselvesin ?fresh not frozen?. If you?re going to frequent this particular establishment, I?d suggest checking your food bags before youleave and prepare to wait about 30 minutes in the drive through. And give them an opportunity to make your food right the secondtime. Read more

I genuinely do not understand how the late night service is consistently horrible. Generally speaking, the breakfast shift team... is awesome. Although, the lunch, and night shift teams are nothing short of pitiful. They always manage to get somethingwrong, it takes 30 minutes to receive your food even though there are 5-6 cars in front of you. Additionally, they have managedto give me the wrong order 4 times in a row. I too believe we should give less than competent individuals jobs (this should beobvious to management), but this is getting ridiculous. Read more
