Only go here if you want a drink with no special changes. Light ice means extra ice to them and you can watch them use the wrong... milk and then have them lie to your face when you confirm that it was made with the milk you requested. This has happened onmultiple occasions as well. Very unprofessional and not worth the money. I will no longer be going to this location. Read more

My girlfriend went to this Starbucks this morning and ordered some coffee and some food. She was waiting in line for 20 min...... finaly got to the window and tried handing the manager 100$ bill he didn't hesitate he said "I dont brake 100$"... Well to herand I that sounds like you dont do your job... I wouldn't go to this place it seems to me the customer service is poor. Ya nexttime anyone that is working there dont be lazy and break that 100$ we all know you have to do certain things to break it.. DONTBE LAZY HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES PLEASE... YOU JUST LOST TOW CUSTOMERS... I would rather wait in line at city market.Thanks for your poor service..... Read more

Lady at the cash register was rude. She was laughing and talking to the ppl in front of me but then seen me and my grand kids... and turned really rude. "I am tattooed and peirced." The other chick making the coffee was nice. Read more

I am updating my review on this location. Customer service is by far THE best when it comes to a Starbucks environment. Ashlynn... and Alyssa always make it right when it comes to my drink orders, and they are ALWAYS happy to see people. I?m just not happywith Starbucks as a whole being okay and considering froth on the top of my latte as a ?full? drink. Let alone me sending itback and requesting it to be filled and just adding extra ice to make my drink look full. Also the barista questioning thewindow on why it isn?t ?full? as if the customer should be wrong. By all means I love that they honored my complaint and gaveme my drink for free, but this doesn?t need to be a comfortable trend with iced drinks. I?ve also had friend get drinks 3/4 fulland send me snaps or messages right away because that?s my only complaint I have about Starbucks, EVER. If I?m paying $6 for a24 oz drink, I want at least 20 of those 24 ounces. I don?t need the drink trick of grande?s filling venti?s to be true. If youwant to be a business and make more money, give ultimate customer satisfaction of knowing customers are getting what they arepaying for. I went to buy a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino she gave me a white looking drink I told her I had asked for a white chocolate... mocha and she looked at me and said I will get you another one she brings me back the same drink just with no sprinkles on top.I tell her again what I had ordered and she said with an attitude this is the drink so I went to another Starbucks to get thecorrect drink when I tried the white drink she gave me it was a vanilla bean Frappuccino. This is a great coffee shop for meetings or catching up on a bit of work. The employees are always friendly & fast. After... moving across town, I don?t visit this particular Starbucks location often, but I had to stop by today & see some of theemployees who have been there for years. You can get a good cup of coffee just about anywhere, and there are plenty of placesthat serve dessert-style coffee & pastries, but I?m always impressed by this coffee shop?s attention to creating a greatimpression with each customer. As I worked on my laptop, I heard baristas greet dozens of different customers by name & theyseem to have even memorized several drinks that regular customers order. That kind of customer service is the reason I stilldrive across town to visit these guys once in a while! Keep up the excellent work, Starbucks crew! Read more

Hands down this is my favorite Starbucks of all time. I have not seen a busier Starbucks and the staff absolutely executes... orders flawlessly. Not only that but the staff greets me with a warm welcome every morning and I really appreciate it. Itypically use the mobile order and sometimes I get a positive message on my cup. The staff there truly brightens my day by doingthe simplest things. There are over 30 employees there and I do not want to miss any names so I thank you all! Read more
