You guys cheaped out, pretzel bites bag is now only half full, asked if that was the new norm and lady said only 8 oz of bites... in each bag. It's literally flour and water and you can't fill up the bag? I don't mind paying extra for sauce or whatever butyou expect me to pay 11$ for a half full bag of bites and one sauce. Read more

We are visiting from out of town. We ordered their ?mini meal? which had listed a drink option, pretzel bite option, and with... each pretzel bite option a specific sauce was listed (e.g. pizza bites was paired with jalapeño cheddar dip) When the meal didnot have the sauce in it, we asked for the sauce with each meal. The female staff insisted that it did not come with it. We thenasked to pay for the two sauces that were with the meal. We were informed there were not specific sauces per meal. I then readthe sign to the staff to get the specific sauce listed. Throughout the experience a female staff threw up her hands multipletimes. Increased in voice volume and rate and was agitated. The male staff member was uncomfortable but able to remaincalm. Overall very condescending and confusing experience. Read more
Asked for an allergy accommodation and the woman acted like I was being unreasonable for asking them to not brush with butter.... She gave me dry pretzels without salt, but at the bottom of the bag was a pool of butter and all of the salt. There are so fewplaces where accommodations are easy and cross contamination minimal and this girl and her coworker gave me a giant middlefinger. Read more
Was almost $15 for a half bag of cold pretzel bits, reg soda and a pizza sauce. They used to come with one sauce but now it?s... $2.60 just for the sauce alone. They would not fill bag either. Pretzels were probably even less than half full. Most likelywon?t be returning to this location. Read more
I love wetzel's pretzels. This place is great. I wish I didn't have to go in the mall to go there. The staff is usually super... friendly and helpful. There is one older blonde lady at this location that is an exception. However finding staff is hard thesedays so I won't let that stop me from enjoying good pretzels. Read more
We went there today and it was awful. The customer service was a joke. They had nothing prepared and when we placed our order... they said it would be 15 minutes tops to get our food. Took them 30 minutes to get our order to us. When they did there was nosense of apology for taking as long as it did. For $50 we were expecting great quality. Instead what we got was wetzle dogs thatwere burned on the outside yet the dough inside was raw. My son ordered some pizza bites and the dough was surprisingly sweetand he couldn't eat more than one bite. I am not impressed with this restaurant at all and we will not be going back. Read more
