Slow drive-thru but the food is always the best McDonald's I've ever had. The sandwiches are perfect, some looking like the menu... picture. It's worth the wait! Typical wait time is 15-20 minutes around dinner time. Read more
Ordered McDonald's through door dash. They gave the dasher a bag with no food only drinks. The dasher double checked with the... people at the window because the bag felt light. McDonald's employee assured the dasher everything was in the bag. Dasherarrived at my house asked me to check the bag. I unsealed the bag to find no food what so ever. Then when door dash calledMcDonald's to find out what happened. They left door dash customer service rep on hold and never answered. Service takes FOREVER and are completely rude like customers are bothering them, food is cold and missing part of it. The owners... the King family build a building next door in the millions but leave the existing parking lot that takes 30 to 45 minutes justto get out of. When we arrived, there was a fairly long line but I've seen longer at this location. What I haven't seen before was a drive... through line completely stopped for nearly half an hour. It took us about 30 minutes of waiting before we could even order, andanother 15 minutes after ordering to get our food. We waited 45 minutes for one fry and two sweet teas (more on that later). Theperson taking the orders was on her phone talking to someone which was only slightly shocking compared to the rest of the visit.There were a lot of workers, at least it seemed that way so I don't understand how it took so long to get our order. Oneemployee, in particular, was cross dressing with smeared makeup and it looked entirely inappropriate and unprofessional for aprofessional environment. Once we got our food, we noticed that the teas we had waited nearly an hour for were not sweetened,they were almost as bitter as we were. The fries were burnt but somehow they were also cold. Decided to stop by and pick up lunch today ordered on the mobile app for curbside at 11:20am didn't see food for over 25 minutes... and i had to go in and get it because I was sick of waiting in the car for my order. I completely understand the lunch rush andit might take a little longer but 25 minutes for for fast food is really pushing it all my food was smashed. The crew closer tothe register working at their own pace even witnessed employees eating fries out of bags and those fries were given to payingcustomers which is highly unsanitary. If I got to drive a few more minutes to go to another McDonalds its worth it. Will notcome back here unless some staffing concerns are addressed. Read more
