Service was slow. But there was a difficult costumer there and the cashier did her best. She was professional the entire time.
9/24/2022 Order 4 double cheeseburgers from this Wendy's. Open the bag up at the house and all that was in there where hamburger... buns. You got to be kidding me right nope not a joke 4 hamburger buns with no cheeseburgers in them. You can tell by the photosthere was nothing ever put on the buns. This goes to show how this manager is running the store. Plan on call corporate officefirst thing Monday morning and calling the store Sunday becuase can't do it now there closed. Called the card company and filledfraud charges with them as well. I hope they pull there franchise agreement and yes they can do that more easily then peoplethink. Read more
Good deals with the app. Sandwiches were solid, but the past few trips have had old, soggy, or otherwise pretty disgusting... fries, hence the low rating. Also had a long wait in line and they had me wait in the lot for my food, despite not being busy. Read more
Ordered a sour cream and chive potato using the app. I added extra sour cream, extra chives and I added cheddar cheese. Paid $2... in up charges. Got a plain baked potato... No sour cream at all. No cheese at all. No fork. Oh, and no sauce for my nuggetseither. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER FIRE, there's a Burger King on the other side of the parking lot. I will add 1 positive though, thegirl was very polite as she blatantly ignored everything I asked for. Read more
There was only 2 employees at Tim Horton there n but was working the window amd nobody was working the register. There was 3 of... us customers standing there for 10 mintues waiting for 1 of them to come n take our order. If I wasn't desperate for a drink ofany kind, I'd have left that store way before waiting that long. The gentleman behind me said that he worked across the street ncomes there in his lunch break and that's normal for them. Once she did come to the register she needed my order up 3 times. AllI ordered was a large mocha ice cap, no whip topping with almond milk, how do you need that up, 3 times. I ordered nothing else.I definitely would NOT recommend this Tim Horton to anybody, EVER!! This used to enjoy this Wendy's location to get a combo meal, salad, baked potato or chili. The past few times I have been here... I have been a massive let down. Part of the challenge of using the drive-tru is managing to make it beyond the craters andpotholes. Then I get home with my order to discover, on several occasions, that my order got messed up and I received thewrong burger or something was not included from the order. For the amount I recently paid for the latest ordered meal I couldhave gone elsewhere and paid a bit more, like to a local restaurant and got everything done correctly. Wendy's may like tooffer new and exciting sandwiches, but what is the point when you don't receive what is ordered? I only give this two starsbecause my burger was actually tasty. Well, if you find yourself here I hope your experience is more positive. Keep onlunching, keep on munching. Guy that took my order was awesome. He should definitely consider a job in sales or like anywhere away from the wench that... handed me my food and slammed the window in my face as I was saying have a good day... Got on the 190 to find my sandwich noteven completely wrapped and a hole in the bottom! Yuck!! Read more
