I'll give this a zero star if possible it was about 6;45 pm on 6/11/22 the lady employe was a very rude person to all the... customers that was ahead of me then when it was my turn to order I asked for a lettuce warp and instead telling me they didn'thave lettuce warp she started to make it a tortilla warp instead and when I pointed it out that not what I order she got aattitude and said that all they had she didn't even ask me if the tortilla was OK this location needs to train their employeesbetter Read more
Waited in line til I got up to the sign, and the glass, looked inside and noticed the tuna had a dark, discolored look around... the outer sides (look at photo). Then I noticed all the crumbs and food in the crevices. Nope, nevermind, I walked away, justthe look of that made me lose my appetite instantly!!! I understand stuff happens, but it?s the way they handled the situation is what was unacceptable. I went inside to order food.... The one with dark hair prepared my food. Got to the register, he presses the button and goes out register isn?t working. Thenrecommends me going to an ATM. I?m not paying $3 and some change for a fee at the atm to get food from SUBWAY! You get subwaybecause they are cheap and somewhat healthy. By this time the line is becoming long. Do you think he once told any of them thatthey could only accept cash. Then his coworker, that little sh*t wasn?t making the situation any better. So he gave me themanagers number and she apologized and told me to go get my meal for free. She was very professional. I get back to the registerand he places the bag on the counterand kind of shoves it towards me with an attitude. I had to remind myself, I don?t need togo to jail because I beat the hell out of damn high schooler. That?s the issue with these fast food places. Workers want moremoney but don?t act professional and do their job right when it comes to customer service. As an over the road trucker, a good meal is hard to find. Grandma Max's usually is exception, but today's visit was one to... forget. I got the hamburger steak, which is normally great, but today not so good. I ordered it medium rare, and got well doneinstead. The mashed potatoes looked and tasted like instant. The vegetable, corn, was dark, chewy, tough and flavorless. Atleast the salad was good and service was good as well.
