Polite when attended to at the drive thru, but had to wait about 10 minutes before she got to me because the order on the phone... was taken 1st. Not sure how priority works but in customer service I would assume you would address the customer who arrived1st. Read more
I?ve ordered the taco pizza lots of times from different locations over the years, and this was the first time that all of the... cold veg toppings were packaged separately, each in a bag, in a separate box, so that they didn?t get soggy & wilted on the hotpizza while waiting for pick up. This is a very thoughtful thing to do, & my order was ready on time as well. The staff wasfriendly, and overall that little bit of extra effort made a big difference in the end product quality. Also made it easy for myson & I to put on the amounts we like of each item! Well done. Read more
What a farce! Why does Pizza Hut give these cards out to hotels if they aren't going to honor them? I called to order a free... large one topping. I was told that if there's no code on them or they aren't listed as one of their specials then they can'taccept them. This came from a manager. Read more
Traveling through town late and ordered a pizza. I got forwarded to a call center to place the order, I didn't get the correct... order but it was hot and not greasy. However, what was really not ok was that they obviously pieced the pizza from multiplepizzas. Luckily, we'll never need to eat here again. Read more
Don't eat here too often. Got son a book it ordered it and ordered a big dinner box. They messed up the topping in the book it ... no big deal. Fixed it right then and there very nice man at the window. Got home and opened pizza and looked like they forgotthe cheese. Wasn't going to call or post but when you pay $30 for some pizza shouldn't have to order extra cheese to get acomplete topping. Both pizza were this way. Quality control not so good. Hopefully next time get a better product if we go backanytime soon. Read more
