what is going on! first we got a 20 piece chicken nugget, it definitely did not taste right. we took them back and they gave us... the same exact box with only 17 nuggets one of them that we tore open! one of the employees seen we weren?t happy and got usfresh ones and made sure they were fresh. Next we ordered a Frappe and it wasnt even made correctly! it was huge ice chunks, nota frappe style. not happy, state streets mcdonalds is better! Read more

I ordered a Mcgriddle and a sausage biscuit. Both with egg and cheese. Didn't get egg or cheese on either one. This is the third... time. They charged me for it though. Read more
It's McDonald's, the food was hot, you'll always have a few employees that go above and beyond. The app should be upgraded... because it makes the wait time unbearable, No matter if you're inside or in drive thru. Read more
I went to the drive thru to pick up an average meal and it was "thrown" together. The Big Mac wasn't even stacked together and... neither was the double cheeseburger that I ordered. I couldn't arrange it since the cheese was melted and everything was stucktogether. It was a complete and cold mess. The fries were even cold and greasy To top it off they rush you through, even whenthere isn't anybody else in line, to park in a stall or on the street so you're not at the window. They're probably gettinggraded on how fast the orders go out and there must be a mechanism at the window that reports to management how long cars sitthere. McDonald's isn't the quality that it used to be. Employees used to take pride in their work and now they don't care. Ithink that management needs to put the names of the employees on the ticket the good that goes out and and let them know aboutit so that we can complain about the actual individuals that are doing shoddy work and making the Corporation look bad. Ordered on app because that is what you do nowadays. They couldn't find my order for several minutes, when they did, 10 min for... a Coke and Big Mac - no cheese (dairy allergy) with minimal traffic. Left curbside spot and went inside. After 5 minutes thedoor dash guys said you have to yell or they will ignore you all night. Finally got the cashier's attention and they went to theback and started making drinks. Door dash guy yelled for manager by name she comes out. Explain the food allergy and she says itwasn't ordered that way. Show the email confirmation and then another 9 minutes for another sandwich. 31 minutes to get a bigMac and Coke. Read more
Dear McDonald's Columbus NE, I understand times are hard right now with the shortage of people that want to work and give a darn... about their job if they do. That being said, If you are going to make me assemble my own big Mac it would have been nice toknow before hand. I would have ordered an easier on the go sandwich.
