Traveling through the area and staying in town tonight. Have tried a couple of restaurants in downtown Grand Island on a... previous visit and thought we would try the food at Kinkaider. Had a very good chicken bacon ranch flat bread (didn't get aphoto as we wolfed it down immediately!). Would have to say that the sweet potato fries are excellent. Very classic waffle frytype - be sure to ask for some of their garlic aioli for dipping! Beers on tap we're pretty average. IPAs were ratherone-dimensional without much intensity in the hop profile. Really good service with spacious outdoor seating! I ordered a medium rare steak and it was delicious and flavorful that it... didn’t need to be dip in A1 sauce. I can actually taste some flavor compared to the steak I had at Texas Roadhouse. Everythingwas delicious and I would highly recommend this place! Read more

Oh ya !! 6 months ago Going to return with thee wife. ""REturn trip 8-6-22 from wichita"" The brisket and mac n cheese was so... so so very Good. I've tried there Lincoln tap room so my beer expectations were fairly high but I was so lucky to Venturein. We stopped at Kinkaider for dinner as we were passing through town and it was outstanding! Incredible service, best Brisket... I’ve had in years and make sure to get an order of the Mac & Cheese with Burnt Ends. It’ll blow you away! They also have anexcellent selection of beers to try, my favorite was the Dan The Wiser White Peach. Read more

I love this place! We stopped in with our two young boys after a 9 hour car ride - they were wild and our server (Rosa G.) plus... another server took the time to sit down with them and play! It was amazing. They were so kind and friendly. The food was goodand the beer was even better. Loved the entire vibe of the place. If we lived here this would definitely be our go-to! Read more

So many delicious brews and ciders, the 12 sample flight was a great way to try them all. Food was delicious, more options than... your typical bar fare. Patio was lovely for watching the sunset. Read more

I’m ranking the restaurants according to other Nebraska restaurants and not with the Southern restaurants. Our server was... great! Attentive, upbeat, and good vibes. They had funny Knick knacks on the walls and around the restaurant. Food was good. Theonion rings were good and crispy. Although Nashville hot sandwich wasn’t hot, it was flavorful. FYI for a gauge-I do like akick and I also like crawfish to burn my mouth and lips. The burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked to the right temperature andthe fries were crispy!
