Apparently there was some sort of misunderstanding between the guy working the window and the person packing the orders. He... handed us our drink and bag and shut the window. It?s normal for people to not say thank you or anything at all to you anymoreso we left? unfortunately without checking the bag. Get home, no chicken, only mashed potatoes. So I call and spoke to Rhonda.She said either they?d mail me some coupons (which you know never happens) or I could come back and they?d ?give? me 4 morepieces of chicken and two biscuits. I say I?m from out of town and we don?t need more food. (Potatoes would be cold by then &I?m feeding 3.5 not 6 people.) She said, we typically only give people something for free when there?s a mistake. I said, I?mnot driving back when gas is $5 a gallon, I?d like a refund then. She replied ?well I?m going to need those mashed potatoes backthen!!!? Really RHONDA? That?s really not as clever as you think. I said that?s fine, I?ll bring them back. I get there andshe?s nice as pie digging to make sure I returned the mashed potatoes and drink we got..then asked me how much it was and saidwell you should have gotten a receipt. I said no we didn?t. She says well you should have as if I was lying. SMH. I said justreturn my money. So she rounded up the 73 cents.. wow Rhonda THANKS! 27 cents how generous as this was all my fault.. ???? Surehope nobody gets my returned taters.. ???? I?m not in HR, but I think Rhonda should stick to the fryer.. perhaps not dealingwith customers. Some are just not cut out for it. This is management? The teenager that greeted me had more poise andprofessionalism. Hopefully Rhonda takes a hike soon, but we?ll get our chicky elsewhere from here on out. Warm Regards! ???? Read more

In a time when it seems like every fast food place is trying to outdo each other for the worst possible service, this trip was... great. The person taking my order gave me a chance to finish talking instead of interrupting me and trying to rush me throughthe order, they told me there was going to be a wait because of the large order I had placed instead of waiting until after Ihad paid it the window in case I was short on time, and unlike my last trip to the one in hastings, they managed to put togetherchicken sandwiches without mayonnaise on them which doesn't seem like it should be so hard but.. When I got my food, the orderwas correct, the food was fresh and delicious..all in all, if you're going to go out for KFC, make the extra drive up to GrandIsland because these guys are great! Haven't been since pre covid so I wished the buffet was open, but I get there's more rules with things like that now. Still the... food we did order was awesome, staff was friendly and welcoming. Read more

Took a bit to order due to lack of employees but that's everywhere. Once we ordered food it came out fast and fresh. I think... the few employees need a raise even if it was a temp raise until the staff shortage is figured out! Read more

We got the $30 fill up 2-18-21 and it was excellent. Not only is the food delicious but the service is exceptional! I refuse to... go to Poppy?s due to their poor service and it seems they never have chicken and we have to wait 15-20 minutes to get just afamily size meal. I appreciate the quick friendly service. The employees are always very friendly and I enjoy the smiling facesand conversation when I pay for my food. KFC is the only place where we?re not just a car paying for our meal but actual people.No other drive thru has that customer service interaction like you guys do. The lady who was at the window was very friendly sheasked me how my day was and carried on a short conversation which made me feel like more then just a number paying for my food. You guys are doing an excellent job keep it up!! Read more
