Food was promptly brought out and was good. Only few things id say made my visit iffy were the flys all over the building... constantly every where i went along with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Would recommend doing some deep cleaning instead ofjust maybe sweeping. Read more

This was by far one of the BEST BK'S I've been to in a while! We were greeted upon entering, our meal was made fresh to order,... our fries were hot, the restaurant was clean inside, the manager also walked around and asked those who were dining in if theirmeals were great. Overall I told him it was one of the Best BKs we've been to!! Read more
Amazing how consistently bad the service is. Haven't been there in months, so decided to give it another go. After waiting... nearly 30 minutes in the drive through (only 3 cars and an empty lobby), I still managed to get cold limp soggy fries.Apparently they fill the drink soon as it's ordered, because the ice was melted and the drink was watery after the 30 minutewait. And to top it off, no condiments that I asked for. Nothing has changed. Still trash! Read more
I see they have a sign posted in their drive thru that asks to be patient due to the shortage of help and they are doing the... best to get us our food hot and fresh. Well if that is what they consider hot and fresh they might want to close the doorsnow!!! I have gone 3 times this month trying to be patient all 3 times my burgers have been cool cheese not even melted. Onetime burger was raw and the fries were room temp this last time as I was driving off. I would rather wait a little longer andreally get it hot and fresh. I will never come back to them . In fact I ate at two different stores in Grand Island and bothwere bad!!! Good luck staying in business!!! Read more
After a long hectic day of work, I went to this specific Burger King , ordering the meal was fairly quick , this wasn?t the... issue though. I specifically told the drive through rep. No pickles no tomatoes, then they make me wait about 20 minutes waitingoutside because they had about 3 cars that we?re waiting in front of me. Never the less I decide I?ll wait. He comes out with myto go bag and reads out the order to me. I say thank you and head home, when I get home the food was literally cold and therewas like a handful of pickles and about 2 slices of tomatoes. Now normally I wouldn?t do this because I too had worked a fastfood restaurant and I know from first hand how crazy it can get. But what boils my blood is that the manager was just standingthere putting stickers on the bags , if they are undermanned they need to pay more so that people can actually go and apply , nowonder is hard to compete with McDonalds when they are paying 13 dollars an hour . Food was good. Fries were cold, but when we asked for fresh ones, we were given them. Took one star away because it took us 10... minutes to get our food. From the time on our receipt to the time we got our food was 10 minutes and that is reallyunacceptable. Part 2: visited this same Burger King approximately 3 weeks ago and received HORRIBLE customer service from ashift manager working the night shift. Instead of reviewing it I called the store manager the next day because I felt it wassomething that needed to be addressed. The store manager apologized and said he was going to handle it and send me something formy bad experience. If I get very bad service from an eatery, and they send me free meal coupons, I will generally give themanother chance. However, this terrible offer will not get me to patronize your establishment ever again. Read more
