Besides a 10/10 delicious meal, I had Veronica as my bartender. Veronica is the best bartender anyone could ask for and made my... visit 100% better. I highly recommend this location, as well as it?s staff who works hard to make every visit better than theone before. Tried giving them another chance, server took 15 minutes to greet us for a drink order. Twice we?ve ate there in the past thirty... days. Both times, food came out at what seemed to be under room temperature, not even warm. The restaurant wasn?t even busy.Under half filled at best. Sad, when they use to be such a good staple restaurant in the area. So many other places better toeat in the area. Read more
There was no eating good in their neighborhood last night. We couldn't get seated by the hostess and I quote "it will be a 15 to... 20 minute wait, the kitchen needs to cool down, we don't want to overheat the kitchen by putting 9 orders in at the same time"the place was empty. We asked to be seated and we would have waited. She told us we could go sit at the bar, we had 3 childrenwith us. We left, and went to a different eatery. Read more
The apps came out fast and hot. They were very yummy. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was amazing. Good enough sauce on it.... My friend always orders the Fiesta Lime Chicken and she loves it every time. Our server, McKenna, was very funny. She was niceand served us well. We would love to have her again. Read more
A delicious ribeye steak, garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned broccoli were served by such a sweet and cheerful waitress that I... can see why Applebee's is so popular here in Grand Haven. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our meal.
